App Recommendations - Health and Lifestyle
Tide - (Free)
Tide is an app that can help you focus, sleep, and breathe. The app plays noises and sounds from various scenes of nature and helps you focus, sleep, or just simply relax. I've been using this app for about three months now and I absolutely love it. I've noticed my quality of sleep when I use it is so much better compared to when I just naturally try to fall asleep. It's helped me a lot.
Clue - Free
Clue is a basic period app that helps you track your period and symptoms that come along with it. I like Clue over Glow or Eve because it's very simple and minimalistic and it doesn't spam your phone with notifications. I've been using it since I ditch Glow which was probably a few years ago.
Fitbit - Free, but you kinda need a Fitbit product for best results
I recently got a Fitbit Charge 3 for Christmas and let me tell you, they are worth every penny if you want to get motivated easily. I've easily hit the recommended 10,000 steps mark with a little bit of walking around my house listening to the last Imagine Dragons album. It's definitely worth a shot if you want to live a healthier lifestyle!
Amazon, Etsy, Food Place - Free
These are pretty self-explanatory. Keep shopping apps and your favorite restaurant's apps on your phone so you can have access to exclusive goodies!
Sorry, this was kind of short chapter, but I don't have many health and lifestyle apps other than those mentioned. I'm hoping to get some more chapters wrote out now that I have a starting base.
If there's anything you wanna see from this book, please comment because I always need suggestions!
