Have we met before

First Vidcon Panel

'How is the world doing today? That's right it is I, Colleen Marshall, back here today with another video.' Is what I would usually say to my fans, but not today. Today is the day that I will be doing my very first panel ever, and of course it has to be at Vidcon. I was going to the main stage, and saw Jack and Felix standing there. Felix saw me and waved me over to him and Jack.

"Hey Colleen. How are you?" Felix asked.

"I'm doing as good as I can be. I have a panel on the main stage in about ten minutes. I was actually wondering why you guys were here." I told them.

Jack said that we all were doing a group panel. Felix asked if they had told me that. Putting my hand on the back of my neck I told them that they might have, but that I was to excited to be on a panel. I felt better knowing that Jack and Felix would be up there with me. Before I could ask if anyone else was on the panel with us, Jack yelled for Mark. My eyes widened when I heard Mark's name. I haven't seen him in three years.

Flashback

I was waiting in line to meet Markiplier. He is my favorite YouTuber. Once it was my turn I asked him to sign one of my posters and I asked him for some advice about my own YouTube channel. I told him that I wanted to do some gaming, but I wasn't sure if I should. He told that I should do what makes me happy. If it was gaming then that is what I should do. Ever since that day I knew that I would try my hardest to catch up to him and tell him my story.

Present day

Felix saw the look on my face when Mark walked over to us. He told me that Mark was the fourth person on the panel. The MC started the panel and I just stood there and waited for him to say my name. He started with Felix, then Mark, then Jack, and then finally me. When he said my name, I heard everyone scream at the top of their lungs. I was so surprised to hear that I just froze on the stage. Jack came and helped me to my seat to help me calm down. The MC said that we were going to start with some twitter questions. The first one was for me.

"Colleen, what got you started with gaming? Some of the older videos were like vlogs." The MC read.

"Well about three years ago, I came here to see some of my favorite creators. At the time I wasn't sure if I wanted to do only vlogs because I had always loved playing video games. It was something that I did a lot with my brother. He was the reason I started YouTube because he said that he wanted me to shared my creativity with everyone. As many of you know I lost him last year. I was so happy when you guys showed your support. Now I not only do videos for me, but for him as well. Gaming has become a part of a way to remember him." I said.

"Wait, you were here three years ago? Did you come see me?" Mark asked.

Did Mark remember me? That can't be possible, I never told him what my channel was called. Jack was looking at me, he didn't even know the story of why I started gaming as the main theme of my channel. Like my brother was the biggest reason, but the advice I got from Mark three years ago helped a lot to. Felix gave me a nod. I knew that I would have to answer that, but I was scared.

"Yeah Mark I did come see you. I actually asked you for some advice on what to do. You told me to do what makes me happy. I wanted to thank you ever since I hit 100,000 subs. Without your advice, I don't think I would still be doing YouTube." I said.

The audience all just awwed at what I said. Hell someone even yelled I ship it. We all laughed at that. We had a few more twitter questions. Then we spent the rest of the time answering audience questions. Someone asked why I hadn't done any videos with Mark yet. Mark was also kind of wondering that. Felix said that it was because I liked Mark. I looked at Felix like he was a mad man. I explained that it was because I wasn't sure what we would do for a video. Jack said that the four of us should make a video together. My immediate thought was Cards Against Humanity. I said it the same time that Mark did. After that, we all left the stage, and I went to my meet and greet. 

All of the fans were so nice. A few of them asked if I had a crush on Mark. I told them that Felix was just messing around like the dork he is. To be honest I thought that Felix's response was funny. I finished my meet and greet and headed to my room. When I got there, Mark was waiting for someone. I felt a lump in my throat when I saw him. I walked to my door, and Mark walked next to me. He looked at me and asked if we could talk. I was concerned, but I told him that it was fine. I opened my door and we walked in. When I walked in, I saw that the room was decorated with balloons and a banner that said Happy Birthday. 

I turned around and saw that Mark was smiling. Then Jack and Felix jumped out of the closet. Before I could ask what was going on, Jack said that he wanted to give me a good birthday. I was happy to hear that. I thanked them, and we partied almost all night. It was so much fun. Jack and Felix left first. Mark was still with me.

"Colleen, did you have fun tonight? Jack and Felix told me to get the decorations. I wasn't sure what you liked because we haven't really talked, I guess in three years." He said.

"I had a great time. This was the best birthday I've had since my brother got sick. Thanks for this. I want to apologize for the not talking to you. I wanted to get up in the views before I talked to you and told you the whole thing about me and the advice you gave me. I guess that plan didn't really work out, but I'm happy that it didn't." I said.

Mark laughed at me. I pushed him slightly. Before he left, he said that we should hang out sometime in the near future. I agreed with him. I sent Felix a text after Mark left and told him that he was dead. I should probably explain, I do like Mark. He is one of the most down to earth people that I have ever met.
