DETENTION

Attention is one of the things I hate the most and this people are giving me too much of it . I'm walking down the hall approaching my locker to get my books to start the day.
"Hi Melia", Shantay shouts while running down the stars."Hi Tay", why you in so much of a hurry first period isn't till 8."They heard ", she stated.

Damn thats why there's too much attention towards me.

Shantay explains everything to me while we walk to our first class Maths. We open the door to see only Sam and Ameil in the class , we hurrily take a seat at the back with them before the sea of children started fill the room. Maths class today consist of me writing down notes and talking with my friends.

Me and Shantay were walking down the hall , when suddenly she started to stumble . I help her to the nurse and waited to hear what was wrong,turns out she was lack of sleep because of late night projects. When I looked at my phone I realized I'd be late for class. I said my last goodbye and toke off down the hall to my next class science. I dont have science with Ameil and Sam had a baseball meeting. jock. I stoped infront of the lab and toke deep breaths , man I'm out of shape. Immediately as I open the door everyone eyes are on me. Like  whats with the attention today huh!
"Amelia your late care to explain", she heard Mr.Webb say. Um........I had to go to the nurse because Shantay's sick. Ok but you still have to get detention because your late. But huh come on this isn't fair. No more complaints Amelia please take your sit. Just has I was about to protest I heard the closing of the door so I turned around." Shabuki so glad of you to join us", Mr.Webb said with pure announce. Whats your excuse now Shabuki. " I couldn't find my way to class", Shabuki said with a smirk. The class erupted into laughter but it was clear on Mr.Webbs face it wasnt funny.

Two of you detention after school and no protests.

I can believe it I have detention its not my first but why it had to be with this bonehead like come on. I walk over to my seat stomping my feet like a kid having a tantrum so he doesn't miss the drift that I'm angry. I took my skull candy headphone and put it on to drown out the sorry excuse for a man. I heard the moving of a chair next to me and I turned around only to be face to face with the bonehead himself. I turned back around to proceed listening to the music.

The rest of the day was a blurr I found Ameil and Sam  in the cafeteria at our normal sitting area,I told them about me getting detention . They offered to wait on me but I couldn't let them wait that long for my sake so I told them I'd find a way  home  with the continuation  of  arguing they agreed and left. Now I'm walking down the halls to the detention room. When I open the door I find Mr. Bailey the detection monitor drooling on the detention forms.EW. But on the bright side his asleep. Yah. I take a seat at the back taking my headphone out ready to listen GIRLS LIKE YOU BY MAROON 5 with CARDI B while reading a book. I knew my peace and quiet was going to get demolished but a certain bonehead so I turned the volume up on my headphone and engross myself in the book I'm reading.

SHABUKI POV

When I open the door I saw the girl that lived next door, what was her name again Amelia, yah that must be it."Hi who's that girl first time seeing her", I heard Melcom say from behind me."She's that blonde chic that bet Shabuki on beer keg", Asher responded.
"Really thats her, she looks cute how I'm I now seeing her", Melcom said with a big grin.

"Guys stop it", I said angrily sometime they really get on my nerves. I'm going to try and get her attention.

I toke a seat next to her and she didnt even look so I used my next tactic. I toke her book and headphone.

"Hi, what the hell is wrong with you", she said while trying to surprise her angry.

There is nothing wrong its just that I'm very interested in you.

While the feeling ain't mutual so give them back or else.

She made an attempt to get her things back but I was too quick and shot out of the chair.

"If you dont give them back I'm going cut off your dick stick it too your fore head let everyone see you for who you really are a dickhead", Amelia said with pure venom dripping with every word.

Ok, ok, ok but you have to catch me first.

I open the door and bolted down the hallways of Northway High. I heard sound of sneakers behind me approaching ever so closely. I toke a turn towards the gym . There was a die end at the pool so I hide in one of the lockers.

"Were are you , you piece of shit", I heard her scream. I inwardly laugh to myself this is going to fun. I watched as she looked around and stand at the edge of the pool.

I open the the locker door slowly so I wont startle her. I lefted her things back in the locker so they would get wet. I'm finally behind her ready to do my worst. Boo!

*scream* thats what she did before she jumped back and fell in the water met I add wit a big splash.
I was trying but I couldn't hold in my laugh this is funnier than the time she trip over her shoe. I heard running and turned around in mid laugh. I saw Melcom and Asher stop at the door they look at me and we started laughing , hard. I turned around and didn't see Amelia then I saw her rise from the water screaming for help. Panic shot through my body. I hold out my hand and she grab and pull me in the water . splash.

Hahaha ha...you.....hahaha.....should of...seen your....hahaha. ..face.

Her melodious laugher filled the room and got mixed together with me and my friends like a symphony.

After cooling down from laughing we got out of the pool, I gave her back her belongings and we walked back to class. Melcom and Asher went in first. She stopped me from going in.

"Dont think its over", she said with a grin." Your right it just began",I said sending her my signature smirk. I open the door and we walked in on Mr.Bailey saying something to Asher and Melcom he turned around and saw us and usher us to sit.
"You four were have you been", Mr . Bailey said clearly uninterested.
"We were taking a dip in the pool",I said casually.

You four detention tomorrow same time like today.
Huh, thats the only responce he got out of us then commanded us to sit still for the rest of the time. Talk about buzzkill.
