Who's Laughing Now!

This is my first story so please dont be mean! I based Brooks name on my beautiful bestie! :)

Brooks P.O.V

I had just moved from Australia two weeks ago to the small town of Wolverhampton, in England. Right now im lying in my bed thinking about tomorrow. Tomorrow mum was making me start school and truth was I was scared out of my wits! Academically i am fine at school but I  was dreading it as I was terrified if not making any friends. My few freinds at home all knew me as loud and crazy but when I was around new people I was always awfully shy. I had been bullied severely before an I had never had a boyfriend and I know I would never get one because I'm to ugly. I have always wanted to be a singer but after some girls at my old school said i have no talent i was starting to believe them.

We had to move on sudden notice after my Dads company transferred him here. He was worried that it would make us all upset but I was happy to start fresh and I don't think my Mum or little sister were to bothered about it. 

'WAKE UP BROOK!' that was my little sister Emma, otherwise known as the loudest bloody kid on the planet. 

'ALRIGHT IM UP!' I yelled back at her. 

I get out of bed and slip on my newly-bought uniform. I like this one better than my old schools uniform. Our old one was so short and all the girls rolled it to make it smaller to the point were it looked ridiculous. 

As I walked down the stairs I could smell that my mum was cooking pancakes. 

'How are you feeling hon?' dad said, with concern rippled through his face. 

'Fine' I replied, being careful not to make eye contact. Truth is I am scared out of my wits, but dads got enough on his mind already with the new job and he dosent need to worry about me. 

'How many pancakes do u want Brook?' mum asks. 

'THREE' yells Emma holding two of her stubby four year old fingers up. 

'I did'ent ask you I asked Brook Em! Besides you've already had three and 1/2.' Mum says quickly. 

I laugh 'I'm fine thanks mum.' 

I smile at her, but I think she can tell im scared. Mums are pretty good at that sort of thing. 

'Alrighty then! You got all your books?'

'Yep! I'll see you this afternoon. '

'Bye!' I heard a chorus of voices yell behind. I smile and give them a wave as I head out the gate and in the direction of my new school. 

I had walked this way before, as the school was just down the road from the main shopping centre. It was about a five minute walk and luckily today was quite sunny. 

As I approached the school I noticed how small it looked in comparison to my old school in Sydney. It looked quite alot better to, as the building was older and  prettier.
