5 Minutes Guilty

I was commited guilty of stealing and murder in 5 minutes. just 5 simple minutes. This how ever was not true, as I was no where close to the crime. Let me explain: The crime was for killing a Governor and stealing food. But on that day something much different happened, on that day I was in at my commissioned house, as most people are. Now I know most of you aren't used to the idea of the districts, commions, or even the government
that controlled us. It is quite a simple explaination after," The War To End Humanity", the Government was created, they had the idea to create," Plan Humanity", as the plan was to bring the world back to prosperity. It was simple:

Step 1: Collect All Survivors
Step 2: Create Districts, A Large Group Of People Who Live In A Settlement
Step 3: Expansion

It was simple, or at least was planned to be. As when they created the 678 districts, with about 800 people in each and enough supplies and education to last them 3 years, and maybe a bit more. But out of the 678 districts only 469 were able to survive, as most had given up on the Goverment and survived on their own, or became a complete anarchy with no rules or laws. But out of the 469 districts only 130 survive today, as most were attacked, became an anarchy, or joined another district.

My district isn't the best district but isn't the worst either, as most civilians within the districts have created a ranking system of districts:

Worst: Not Self-Sustaining, High Crime Rate, Over Or Under Popultion

Medium: Approaching Complete Self-Sustaintion, Small Or Medium Crime Rate, Ok Population

Best: Self-Sustaining, Little Or No Crime, Good Population, Close To Expansion

My district is medium like most districts. Now my district has a medium crime level, as there is a town that houses the criminals that don't get caught, or the people who only stay for the free food. Now I'm apart of the second group of people, as if you don't know the Goverment comes once a month, or every 30 days as time of year and month have just been abandoned. They come for a small inspection and some supplies like food, water, and maybe renewed technology or new technology all together. But there was always a big inspection all That took place after 12 or so small inspections, and that brang the best, biggest, and greatest food, water, technology, and so much more. This as you would expect took a long time, 7 days to be precise. And in those simple good 7 days I ended up getting into a bot fight, framed for a crime I didn't commit, and was committed guilty in 5 simple minutes. 5 simple minutes. 5. Simple. Minutes.
