Bea is an ambitious teenage girl who loves to discover new things! She always had one particular dream to become a singer or even to just get noticed. How far will she go to achieve her hopes and dreams?
Bea goes to a school called St. Hopes. She never got noticed in her primary school so she determined to prove herself.
It was already half way through her first year of secondary school when she caught a glimpse of a poster in the corner on her eye. The poster read:
St. Hopes got talent. Auditions in class room Ne5
Directly underneath it she saw a sign up sheet so Bea instantly scratched her name down.

Auditions start on Monday the 27th November.
She could not believe the opportunity she has. ‘I have to get noticed… I have to!’ Bea thought in her head.
“Bea, there you are I have been looking for you every where! What are you doing here?” I looked down the crooked dark hall way to find my best friend Jade standing there with a worried look on her face.
I started to walk down towards her, grinning from ear to ear.
“I read this poster about a talent show happening in the school and I’ve signed up my name!” I said. Still the grin had not faded on my face!
“Where do you sign up!” she exclaimed.
I was gutted to hear this. She would obviously get in and I wouldn’t. Jade is a belter so she will have more of an advantage. Suddenly that smile I once had was wiped right off my face. I was gutted.
I asked “so have you got a idea what your going to sing?”
“kinda, ill probably sing something by beyonce!”
Great, she will DEFONATELY get in. why can’t I do something that only i can do. Why do I have to share my talents with my best friend.. I’m probably being really selfish at the moment but, have you never felt this way before?
