Star Wars - Episode IX: Revenge Of The Characters

Part 1: A Rough Start

A long time ago, in a galaxy far, far away...

[cue the Star Wars theme song]

Opening narration:

"General Leia Organa and The Resistance have been struggling to pull through during their fight against the dastardly First Order. With little to no support, Leia sends Poe to try and capture a few First Order grunts. However, Poe gets lost, and Leia desperately leaves the main Resistance camp in order to find him. During this time, Rey, Finn, and Rose go back to the casino planet for some drunk gambling, never to return as well. Except Rose, because we'll never be lucky enough to get rid of her. As she returns to the Resistance camp, (Rey and Finn got locked up in casino jail for having a drunk fist fight) she teams up with Chewbacca as the First Order decides to strike the iron while it's hot. 

Meanwhile, the fierce and brooding Kylo Ren carefully plans the First Order's next move as General Hux commands the fleet to shoot down the Resistance's protective barriers..."

All is quiet above and around the planet of Crait. The seemingly pure, white planet had a slight glow from a distance, almost like an over-sized star. Because of it's barren terrain and empty atmosphere, it seemed like the perfect base for the bold and daring Resistance. Unfortunately, the First Order had already been here once in an attempt to destroy the last remaining survivors. And they weren't finished there quite yet.

"General, do you see any of their ships departing from the base?" Kylo Ren, wearing his traditional black robes that resembled those of his beloved grandfather, the mighty Darth Vader, asked General Hux, who was overlooking the planet with his hands firmly held together behind his back. 

"No, sir, but it appears General Leia has not returned from her sudden excursion. It would be unwise to attack now while she is still away," General Hux suggested in his firm, yet collected manner. 

Kylo slammed his fist against the steel wall. He took in a few deep breaths before speaking again. "I don't care. We need to take out as many of them as we can while we have the fuel."

"As you wish, sir," General Hux replied reluctantly, directing the ships cannons to lock onto the front of the steel, Resistance base door.

"Fire!" he commanded fiercely.

The cannons rapidly shot fire at the door, but to no avail.

Meanwhile, Rose and Chewbacca were munching on a tasty snack (fried Porg), when they noticed the vibrations coming from the front entrance. 

"What was that?" Rose asked with a concerned expression, slowly putting her fried Porg down on her napkin. 

Chewy let out a roar, as he stood up and left the area to investigate. He came back and let out a, anxious cry. Rose looked at him and ran towards on of the ships.

"I have to do this, this is for everyone's sake," she said, entering the X-Wing fighter in a hurry. 

Chewy let out another roar.

"I'm doing the right thing!" she yelled back at him.

He let out another roar, and pointed at the door.

"Oh right, if they're waiting there for us to come out and attack...oh no." Rose thought to herself aloud. "I can't go out there like that."

Meanwhile, back on the main First Order ship, General Hux and Kylo watched their cannons still firing rapidly at the Resistance Base.

"Fire! KEEP FIRING!" Kylo screeched, slamming both of his fists on the table. "GET THEM OUT OF THERE!"

Back in the Resistance base, Rose thought long and hard about what to do.
