COLTON'S POV:Grief, remorse and depression covered me like a thick, choking blanket. My mind was too numb to think, and I was walking on the dark, empty streets.
"Mr. Moore, it's very saddening to inform you, Miss Ora is missing."
The doctor's words hit me like a thunderbolt, and I grabbed his collar, and my clenched fist landed on to his jaw.
"What the hell are you talking about? Ora is inside her room. I just saw her a while ago." Continuing the sentence, I rushed inside the room, only to be greeted by an empty bed.
"Ora?Ora? Where are you? Please, don't do this to me. I know you are angry with me, but this isn't a joke." I looked under the bed, and continued yelling.
"Sir, we have already checked the room, but we can't find her. You should inform the police, and don't waste time." The same man approached me, with a hand on his swollen face.
"Who are you tell me this, huh?" I was so overcome by anger, that I didn't realize, that he was right.
"C..Colton, he is right. We should go to the Police Station." She grabbed my shoulder, and stared at me with fear, evident in her eyes.
I stared at her back, and glared at her hand, that was on my shoulder. She, immediately took her hand back, and I could see, tears brimming in her eyes.
"I am going to the police station. I want you and Elana to stay here. Don't go anywhere." I got up on my knees, and went for the door.
"Colty, I want to go with you. I want to see Mommy." Elana hugged his legs, and started crying.
"Ellie, if you will be a good girl, and obey Colty, Mommy will be very happy." I heard Isla, mumbling some soothing words to Elana, and I let out a breath, I didn't know I was holding.
With a heavy heart, I exited the hospital.
**End of flashback**
My lips moved desolately in prayer, and I was cursing the moment, I left Ora alone. What if something might have happened to her..?
Just by having this thought, the dread I felt was palpable. The police officer said that it would take some time to find my Ora. But, I couldn't wait. I want to see her now. I want to see if she's okay. I want to hug her tightly and let her know, that it's all going to be okay, that I was never leaving her side.
My eyes were swollen due the constant crying, and I could no more walk properly. I can find Ora myself. I don't need anyone's assistance. And I am sure she's going to be okay.
"She's fine."
"She's going to be okay."
"My Ora"
