She drove home with the medicine container. She was just hoping her cravings aren't so extreme. She reached and parked the car. She took the medicines and went to the house. Toshi saw Ishita coming in tired.

Toshi: Ishita, what happened? Shagun told you were going for some checkup. You took so long?

Ishita: Oh its just a normal checkup mummyji. Its just that my BP is lower than it usually was. Doctor gave medicines and told to come after a month.

Toshi: Oh no... Have you had lunch?

Ishita: No mummyji, I don't feel like eating.

Toshi: Oye how can you do like that? You should eat well when you have low BP. Come here and sit I'll feed you with my hand.

Ishita: Aiyo mummyji iski kya zaroorat hai, I'll eat na?

Toshi brought food for Ishita on a plate and sat beside her on the sofa in the hall.

Toshi: I like feeding my daughter puttar. Rinky nehi, Simmi I don't have to say, Mihika joined Simmi. You're my only daughter na? Don't say no puttar...

Ishita smiled and opened her mouth while Toshi fed her. They were talking about Raman's childhood stories and how he used to behave and all. Ishita felt the need to tell Toshi that she was pregnant, but at the same time she wanted to confess it to everyone once Raman regains his memory. Before they knew it, Toshi had finished feeding Ishita. Toshi wanted to refill but Ishita stopped her saying that her stomach doesn't have space for more food. Ishita drank water and Toshi used her scarf to wipe Ishita's mouth as if she was a baby.

Toshi: Take your medicines and take rest puttar. I'll tell Raman to wake you up once he's back later.

Ishita: Okay mummyji. And mummyji, you too please have lunch. Don't delay till late.

Toshi nodded and smiled while Ishita climbed up the stairs and closed the door of the room once she was inside. She changed into a long night gown and looked at herself in the mirror. She caressed her stomach and smiled. She went to the bed and after adjusting herself, she covered herself with the comforter. She was deep in thoughts. "Am I doing right by hiding this matter from everyone? I need my Raman with me when I'm making decisions like this. I know this is our baby, and god gave me a second chance to get pregnant. But am I not too old? The matter is not me but Raman and the kids. Adi and Ruhi would feel awkward to get a sibling almost 20 years younger than them. Oh god, please cure my Raman so I can open up this matter to him. I should chuck all this aside and start using the device to test his food", Ishita thought. Within minutes she was in deep slumber. It was around evening when Raman came home with his coat in hand. He looked as if he was searching for someone.

Toshi: Agaya puttar, but what are you searching for?

Raman: This Madrasan. She told me she went out with Ashok and Shagun. Ashok said she went on a different way after their outing. I've been trying to call her since lunch time but she's not picking up. God knows where she went.

Toshi: Oye khoteya, she came home long time back?

Raman: She did?

Toshi: She came home before lunch itself, but with some medicines.

Raman: What happened to her??

Toshi: After their outing, Ishita went for a normal checkup. The doctor said her BP was lower than usual, that's why the medicines. I fed her lunch and told her to rest after the medicines. Her phone would have been on silent, which is why she didn't answer.

Raman: Okay let me check on her, then I'll freshen up and come.

Raman went upstairs. He slowly opened the door and saw her sleeping soundly on the bed. "How can someone look this beautiful even when they're sleeping?", he thought and went to the cupboard to take out his clothes to change after his shower. He came out from the shower and saw that her position on the bed has changed. He kept the towel in the towel stand and came to sit on the bed. He caressed her hair slowly and she moved on her sleep and then placed her head on his lap while hugging his waist. She slowly opened her eyes and saw Raman. Raman smiled looking at her.
