Flashback

Mitch's POV

"Mitch!" I hear from behind me, it was Annabelle she was crying. "Ann! What's wrong?!" I said in a panic "Mitch you might not like this but...I'm moving to Europe." She said in a soft tone. Everything stopped around me. I didn't wanna move, I feel hot tears flowing down my face. "Ann, why? No you can't move!" I started to raise my voice. "Yes, Mitch I have to, I don't want to but it's for my own good." She says in sobs. "Why tho?" I asked her, " because I'm having to live with my grandmother." She says in quiet sobs. I fall to my knees everything was fading around me while my eyes fill with tears. All I could hear was the faint fall of Annabelle's voice calling my name. My vision is blurry and everything goes black.

"Mitch?" "Mitch?" "MITCH!" I finally wake up from drooling on my desk and the teacher yelling my name. I look up at the teacher in shock and then I look at my desk I was drooling..eww. I quickly wipe up the drool with my sleeve and apologize for sleeping. I grab my books and walk out of the classroom to see my friend Kirstie standing there waiting for me. Kirstie was really pretty, she had brown/blonde hair, hazel eyes, and a beautiful smile. She was short tho. "Sleeping in class again huh?" She nudged my arm. I glare at her. "Well well mr grumpy pants it's not my fault you stayed up all night." She gives me in a sassy tone. "Sorry it's just that I'm still all worked up about Annabelle moving." I say I a sleepy tone. "She moved like three weeks ago, Mitch you have to move on." She gives me a pouty face. "How?! How am I supposed to forget about my girlfriend moving?! I loved her Kirstie! I'm not just gonna forget that she existed!" I yell at her. She backs away from me in shock. "Sorry Kirstie I didn't mean to I just.." "No, no I get it. It's okay I'm gonna go to class, bye." Ugh I sigh god damn it Mitch now you scared you're friend. I should get to class too...
