Heyo!! It's been a while, hasn't it? I've been going through an art block, so I decided to look through some art books, once more, and found an art book I really like. The character's name is Pluto, and this is still just a work in progress. The design was made by KumoThecloud in their OC art book, and I really recommend checking it out. They have a lot of great art, and I plan to draw at least one more of their characters. Anyway, here's the WIP of ths character, and I am planning to make it digital. (Sorry its sideways)
