These were our people. The fans ran around in their merch. Someone was yelling about how excited they were. Everyone else was singing I Write Sins Not Tragedies. It was perfect. The energy was amazing, and the concert hadn't even started yet.
"Get that goofy look off your face, you look dumb," Chloe laughed.
I rolled my eyes, "Let's go check in." I grabbed her wrist and we ran towards the check in. We got through check in and Chloe stopped and looked at me dumbfounded. "What?"
"Hold up, you did not tell me Lesbian Jesus would be here." she said.
"Who?" I said, confused.
"Lesbian Jesus. Hayley Kiyoko? Noah, you're kidding. You don't know who the gayest gay icon of all time is?"
"No?" Chloe had come out last year but she almost never talked about it. Our parents told her it was 'just a phase'. Chloe was pissed.
"Oh, come on. Whatever, ask someone to take a photo so we can let our parents know we're alive."
"Can I post it?"
"Tag me."

Chloe grabbed my hand. "This'll be the greatest night of our lives, Schnapp."
"We can only hope, Schnapp." I replied.
