He sat in the wooden chair, his gaze focused on the single flickering flame in front of him. Behind the table that the light rested upon was a man, his gaze remaining on the ash blonde sitting in front of him.
"Bakugou Katsuki- wanted for mild theft, assault, and too many accounts of arson to name. You have been sentenced to multiple punishments in the past, all ranging from five or more years in prison to public stoning, yet you have still managed to escape every single one. Due to this, your punishment is a lot worse than a simple slap on the wrists. But I may have a way to cut it down, or even clear your name altogether."
He looked up at the man and noticed as his monotoned heterochromatic eyes stared back into his own crimson ones.
"So, do you have anything to say?"
His lips curved into a sadistic smirk.
"Yeah, when do I get my fucking dragon back?"
