The shadow son the wall
Taunt me to runaway.
They know I see them
Creeping up on me,
Stalking me.
They know
That I have realized
I can;t runaway from them.
Who knew shadows could laugh at you?
Who knew shadows could sneer at you?
Is it the shadows I fear?
Or is it just knowing that they hear
All of my lies
Screaming out
From the corners of my mind.
