"I'm totally not gonna miss you assholes," Sophia shouted as she tried to keep up with the group of boys. She had just gotten off of crutches, and they had decided (without consulting her) to go to the zoo.

Wyatt laughed slightly before turning to her. "You want a piggy back ride?"

"No fuck you," she said, scrunching her nose.

"You sound like that time you were on morphine."

"Shut the fuck up."

"Case and point."

Sophia rolled her eyes, grumbling under her breath. The group finally stopped in front of the monkey exhibit, giving Sophia a minute to catch up.

"Haha Jack look, it's you," Wyatt laughed.

"No it doesn't!" He defended. "If anything it looks like you!"

"I'm going to have to agree with him, Wyatt," Sophia teased, finally able to get a break. She balanced her weight on her good foot. However this wasn't any good as a girl had ran through, pushing her to the ground.

"Shit!" Sophia yelped, landing on her knees and her freshly healed hands.

"Sophia!" Wyatt gasped, bending down to her. "What the fuck?"

The girl had gone up to Finn and tapped him on the shoulder.

"Excuse me? Are you that kid from Stranger Things?" She asked excitedly. Wyatt's face grew red from anger.

"I'm fine," Sophia winced. "Nothing's broken. Just cut my hands." She held up her hands, which were skinned in several places, blood welling up slowly. Wyatt sighed and took his sweatshirt from around his waist.

"Just hold this on them and try to stop the bleeding until we get to bandaids or something," Wyatt muttered. He stood and faced the girl.

"What's your problem?" Wyatt growled. The girl looked at him. Finn was able to step back, when he noticed Sophia struggling to get up. He went over to help her up.

The girl looked at him, confused. "I'm sorry? Who are you?"

"That doesn't matter. What matters is you pushed that girl over there who has been recovering from several injuries."

"What is she your girlfriend or something? It was an accident." She crossed her arms and rolled her eyes.

"Yeah actually she is," he said as Sophia walked over to him, the sweatshirt still gripped between her hands.

"Wyatt," she muttered. "It's fine."

"No it's not," he replied. "That was heartless."

Sophia bit her lip. She agreed with him, wanting to punch the girl herself. But she also hated confrontation.

"Look," the girl sighed. "I'm sorry. I'll just leave. Have a nice day." She rolled her eyes again before walking off again.

Wyatt exhaled before turning to Sophia who was already looking into his eyes. She made sure the girl was out of sight before laughing hysterically.

"I thought you guys were assholes," she snorted, teasing them. "I didn't know it could get worse."

"We love you too, Sophia," Jaeden laughed.

"I was going to ask for her number too," Finn groaned.

"Really?" Sophia asked. "A fan girl?"

"No," Finn smirked. "I was glad to have a chance to sneak away."

The group laughed a bit more before people began to stare.

"To the next exhibit?" Chosen asked.

"Yes," Jeremy nodded. The group began to walk but Sophia coughed.

Wyatt looked over at her. "Actually a piggy back ride would be nice," she smiled. Wyatt walked back over to her and got down enough so she wouldn't have to jump. She climbed onto his back and wrapped her arms around his neck, still holding the sweatshirt between her hands.

"Let's go to the first aid station before we do anything else," Wyatt suggested as he stood up. "You're really light. You must've lost a lot of blood." He joked.

"Shut up," she smirked. "I won't hesitate, bitch." She raised her bloody hand to just inches away from his face.

"I will drop you right now," he said.

"Fair, fair." She adjusted herself, hugging herself tightly around the boy. "We should go see the koalas."

"Does this zoo even have koalas?" Wyatt asked.

"You have one right here," she giggled, kissing his ear. He blushed slightly.

"I want a new one," he joked.

"Too bad. You're stuck with this one," she closed her eyes and rested her head on his shoulder, her nose pressed into his shirt.

The two remained silent as he carried her over to where the group was standing, right in front of the cheetah exhibit.

"I don't want you guys to leave," Sophia said quietly.

"I don't want to leave either," Wyatt responded, tilting his head onto hers.

"Till we meet again, par't'ner."

"Yeehaw hold on there par't'ner we're coming back to this ranch soon."

"You'd better."
