A Secret To Be Kept {Bendy x Cuphead}

Bendy's P.O.V.

   It's the weekend... I finally completed a week of that nightmare. I got picked on even more. And so, I cut myself everyday. It just made me feel slightly better.

After the first day, I was out more earlier than Mug's and Boris' school. So I immediately go straight to Cuphead's room.

Today, I'm gonna visit Cuphead. So, for once in 2 weeks, I came out of the room and came up to both of them.

"Bendy! You finally got out of your hole." said Boris, slightly joking.

I sighed. "Do you guys wanna go visit Cup?" I asked

"Sure." Mugman smiled. "Of course!" Boris started walking towards the front door.

~*Le Timeskip to Hospital*~

We made it to the hallway, where Cuphead's room is, after speaking with the clerk.

Boris and Mugman were chatting with each other, while I was ahead of them.

I made to the door. I, quietly and slowly, opened the door.

Cuphead was asleep. I was hoping he'd wake up. But once Boris and Mugman came in, the door knob softly hit the wall. The noise woke him up.

Cuphead, slowly, opened his eyes and sat up. He stared at us, for like 13 seconds or more, in silence.

Cuphead broke the silence. "Hi..."

We all ran up to him and hugged him, simultaneously. Mugs started crying tears of joy. "I'm so glad you're okay!!"

I felt...happy. For once in a long, long time...I felt a little happy. I looked up at him.

"Alright, Alright. It's ok, calm down." Cuphead patted Mug's back. All of us got off of him. Mugs gave him a big smile.

"So, how have you guys been?"

"We've been pretty good. But with Bendy..." I got startled and he continued, "...for 2 weeks, he wouldn't even get out of yo-" I jumped on his shoulders and covered his mouth in time. Cuphead raised an eyebrow. "He said that Bendy hasn't gotten out of your roo-". I hopped onto Boris' shoulder and cut him off. "Nu! Nu! He must not know!" I blushed a little.

"Why not?" Cuphead placed a hand on his cheek. "Uhh..." I started. "Because...I don't want to..." Mugman tried to complete my sentence. "...get embarrassed that he wouldn't get out of your-" I, once again cut him off by covering his mouth. Boris, unfortunately, continued, along with completing the sentence. "...room in 2 weeks." he gave me an evil look. I froze for a few seconds.

"No no no no no! It's not what you think!" I started talking nonsense to him. I heard giggled behind me.

He just stared at me with no emotion. "It's ok, it's ok. We'll talk about this when we get home."

My face was hot that I thought steam was gonna come out.

"I'll go talk to the doctor. I'll be back." Mugman left the room.

"Are you going to a new school?" Cuphead turned his head to look at me.

"Yeah." I replied.

"How is it?"

"It's nice." I lied. I didn't want Boris or Cuphead to know that I was being picked on. Cuphead doesn't want me to lie to him, I know he can see me through that lie. Like a window.

He looked at me with a concerned face. He sighed. "Good to hear. Did anything happen, Boris?"

"Hmm...Oh! I was the only one who got an 100% on the science quiz a few days ago! And I got candy for it!" Boris smiled.

"That's great." Cuphead smiled. After a second of smiling, he jumped and covered his mouth. Boris just looked at him with his jaw wide open. "Y-Y-Y-You smiled?!"

Cuphead's P.O.V.

   I...um...messed up..? I forgot that I wasn't supposed to smile in front of anyone except Bendy. "Boris...don't tell Mugs nor anyone about this. This is between you, Bendy and me."

"Bendy knew?!" Boris faced Bendy. But Bendy just shrugged.

"Boris," I caught his attention, "please promise me that you won't tell anyone."

"Why can't I tell Mugs?" he looked at me, suspiciously.

I mumbled. I didn't want them to know about our parents. I looked away.

"What?" Bendy tilted his head to a side. I stayed silent.

Mugman came in with a big smile on his face. "Cups you'll be out tomorrow!!"

"That's good." I looked up at him.

"So, what did I miss?" Mugman put his hands behind his back.

Boris looked at me. Then, back at Mugs. "Nothing much. He just asked us questions." Boris smiled

"Oh. Okay then." Mugs smiled back at him.

"Okay, guys, we gotta go. It's getting late." Bendy sighed.

"Awwwww!" Mugs looked at me, smiled and turned around, walking towards the exit of the room. Boris followed him.

Bendy sighed once again. He looked at me with a sad face and walked towards the exit.

After they closed the door, I looked out the window. The sky was pink. Slowly turning dark. I knew Bendy wasn't fine. Once I get home tomorrow, I'm finding out what's going on with him.
