Powers/Abilities|| When scared her skin starts to glow a white color, almost like a flashlight or glow stick. She can also bend light to form shields.
Backstory: Olivia was taken away from her family as a baby and experimented on with a new from of radiation. After they ran some test they decided that she was a "defect", knocked her out giving her slight amnesia and left her in the woods where she was soon found and taken to an foster home agency.
