The four had traveled to the ice cream shop, and Mackie and Kiefer has barely even looked at each other. They did end up sitting next to each other, kiefer slid all the way to side, leaning against, the window, crossing his arms, letting his smooth black hair drape over his gentle face. Mackie put his elbow on the table, leaning his chin into his palm, looking away from Kiefer, Francis leaned toward Jim, "Its bad" he whispered. Jim nodded before clearing his throat, turning to the other two boys, "So, what ice cream do you guys want?" He asked trying to lighten up the mood. The two feuding boys looked at him, "Vanilla" they said simultaneously. They glared at each other, "Chocolate" they said together again, they both huffed and looked away, "Nothing" they said sync.
Francis laughed at the scene, even if they were mad at each other, that was cute. After Jim and Francis got their ice cream and ate, the three went home, Mackie and Kiefer not saying a word to each other, hardly even looking at each other. Jim and the boys split going ng to their rooms, "I'll sleep on the floor" Mackie announced, Kiefer only sighed at this. Francis rolled his eyes, "That's a bit much, its not that serious" he said folding his arms. Mackie huffed, "Its not my fault, it's hi-" he was cut off, "How is it my fault!?" Kiefer exclaimed. "Well you're the one who suddenly started being mean saying not to talk to you!" Mackie retorted. "Me!? Both of you have been being mean, avoiding me, and leaving me behind like I don't matter, since last night, so excuse me if I got upset!" Kiefer yelled making Francis and Mackie gasp.
Kiefer dashed into the bathroom, slamming the door and locking it. Mackie bit his bottom lip, turning to Francis, "I messed up Francis, I messed up real bad" he softly with a sad look. Francis nodded, "You sure did, and this time, I'll let you figure out to make it up to him" he said smirking a bit. Mackie sighed, "I love him, but the only thing I was doing is pushing him away" Mackie said clenching his fists, "I'm a idiot" he concluded. Francis pulled him in for a hug.
Meanwhile, Kiefer was in the bathroom sitting against the door, he heard all of this, "He loves me?" The boy mumbled in confusion, putting a hand on his beating chest, things were just getting started.
