From my sources he's said to be released between November and December, the sources also did some math on saving quarts till then with the weekly missions and it turned out to be a decent amount....but that was like 2 months ago that the sources were made so that could be a problem, but they didn't include Events and give away Saint Quarts so hope is still here
I also have about 70 something Quarts saved up and plan on saving till Merlin.
Also got a bunch of weekly mission materials saved up too, I won't turn them to Saint Quarts yet, wish me luck, this quest has officially started for me
