Mother told me and Tony to put our best clothes on. I thought we were going to see Aunt Marya , but no. So I ran over to Tony's calendar to see what was happening. Nothing important. Mom just said "I know the thing is just not on there." I ran to our family calendar which has everything on it. Nothing is on our family calendar that I could see for our best clothes. Mother just asked us if we were ready to go. We said no. Mom just said get dressed to go. I figured we were going to another boring party so I brought a book and a little blue game. Mother just said to put them in the back. So I did as she told me. It just didn't make sense. I went to the back of the vehicle. Tony had followed me to to the back. When we had got there a big banner had said School Board Meeting Day.
