It's been about 2 weeks. I finally became Irene's friend and today is finally the day that I've been waiting for! I'm going to talk to Irene and hope she doesn't reject because if she does I'm just going to hide in a corner and cry my eyes out. I was walking towards her until a boy came up to her and gave her a rose. I sighed I started to walk back to my locker, but Irene waved at me. I pointed at myself looking at her. She nodded and smiled. She signaled me to come closer to her.
Once I got to her she smiled. "Look! This is my new boyfriend." She put her arm around my shoulders. "T-That's great..." I smiled sadly and nodded. "I think he/she likes you Irene. Y/N looks sad when you told him/her that." Irene's boyfriend said as he smirked. "Just because I'm sad doesn't mean I like her. Sure I like her as a friend, but the only reason I'm sad is because she chose to be with a stupid asshole." I walked away from them both and into the bathroom.
How can my life get any worse than it is now? Irene's dating some jackass and she probably hates me now for insulting her boyfriend. My life is amazing
