Herobrine was first spotted in the early days of Minecraft by a user later after the player locked eyes with the mystery figure it ran off into the fog. After the meeting this figure the player posted about him to see if anyone had seen the saw me figure. Then the player started noticing two by two tunnels in his world and perfect shaped pyramids. He also got a reply on his post about Herobrine by a user named Herobrine when the player tried to see who he was the page was down. Later somebody found out that the account belonged to a Swedish gamer who claimed to be the brother of Notch. Somebody emailed Notch about Herobrine Notch relied about having a brother that had died. But the truth is that Notch does not have a brother but he does have a half brother that he has never met.
