As I remember those terrible memories I grow angrier and angrier with my father. I remember what truly happened to my sister. I also remember the story my sister told me before my father dragged her away. What I remember is that my sister entered the basement while my father was out. I remember her screaming like she seen a ghost or something. Then I heard a crash like she knocked over something. After that she frantically ran up the stairs bald up in the corner next to my bed and cried her eyes out. I was only five so I just Sat and watched her cry for about 45 minutes until she noticed I was sitting there. She stood up wiped her tears away and looked at me with such compassion, despare, and anger. At first I didn't understand why she was looking at me in such a manner. Then she slowly walked up to me the the expression of utter shock on her face gently placed her hand on my shoulder and told me what happened to mother. As she finished the horrific story father arrived home. He saw that the basement door was open so he went down into the basement. After he saw the mess my sister made so he came and confronted us. When he entered my room my sister looked at him with such hatred and yelled at him. "You Monster!" that's all she could say to him before he her by the hair and dragged her through the house and down into the basement. He slammed the door behind him and all of the screaming just stopped utter silence hit the house. I never saw my sister again. That memory has always lingered in the back of my mind trying to force its way to the surface. The part that haunts my mind the most is what my sister told me what she saw in the basement.
