"You can't save her. She's already dead and killing yourself won't help her," Thunder said.
Suddenly I realised that I had seen a streak of light hit the rock Amanda had been holding and another light hit my arm when I was holding her.
"You killed her! You're no longer my brother you're a murderer! The taste of blood made you crave killing!" I screamed and bit his arm.
He threw me to the side and growled. This is his fault!
He shifted and jumped on me. I fell. Thunder snapped his teeth inches from my neck.
I kicked him off and he landed right at the edge. So close!
Lavender screamed as Thunder jumped and bit my arm. I howled and slammed him to the ground. Thunder crawled out from under my arm and jumped at me again, aiming his teeth at my throat.
Right before he reached his target, I pulled out one of the knives and stabbed him in the stomach.
"Dad was right!" I screamed as I slammed him down, "Coyotes are dumb and blood thirsty!"
I pulled out the other knife and stabbed him in the heart. He squealed and stopped breathing.
I pulled the knives out and stuck them back in my boots. I wrinkled my nose in disgust. Thunder's mangy blood was all over me and now I smell like that mutt.
Lavender covered her mouth and sobbed. Allison stared at Thunder, who was still a coyote, and Andrew stood up straight in a threatening fashion when I started walking over.
"I don't hurt innocents. Only criminals and enemies die by my hands," I said as I walked past them. This took to much time. Whoever is after us now is closer then they should be.
Everyone followed me hesitantly.
