Superman-4

"H...ha....Hachoo!" I sneezed loudly.

"Bless you." I turn my head to face the owner of the voice. I was sitting in my seat in the bus. But Liam was sitting beside me. I didn't even notice his presence though.

"Thanks,.." I smile at him. He nods at this, looking away.

"Huh?" I look over Liam to see Nat and Kat. "Hey! I sit there!" Growled Nat. "Come on, move."

"But he was there first." Harry stated, smiling purposely. I saw Nat's eye twitched lightly, recalling that she said that to him. "So you could find another seat." Harry smirked.

"Ugh." Kat rolled her eyes. "Whatever." Kat and Nat sat in front of Liam and I. Nat turned to face me, smiling. "I hate him." I laughed lightly at this.

The bus's engine began to start and Lucia wasn't even here yet. "Hey, where's Luce?" Harry asked me. I shrugged my shoulders.

"She told me she had to meet someone." Kat said, yawning. "She's always late here, you know that." Nat nodded in agreement. "Anyways, Adri," Kat turned to me.

Her green-and fire like eyes burned into my brown ones. "Do you want to go to the mall with me and Nat today? Lucia will meet us there." I smile.

"Yea! I would love to!"

"Great! I'll pick you up." Kat grinned before being told to turn around and sit back. But right when the bus was about to move, Lucia jumped in, hair messier then usual and sleeves rolled up. Her knuckles were bloody red, too. "Lucia!" Kat grinned. "Come sit, young warrior." Kat pointed to the empty seat that was in front of Harry and Louis that were eyeing Lucia.

"What happened?" I asked her as she settled down her black book bag on the seat before her. She sat down next, looking at me. "I mean, your knuckles are blood red and you have a small bruise on your cheek." She shrugged her shoulders, shyly smiling.

"I got to kick some ass today, that's all." Kat and Nat laughed at this, like it was normal. "That guy won't bother you again. Ever." Lucia darkly said out of know where.

It actually gave me small shivers. "T...thanks." I smile. Liam then turned to me.

"Who was picking on you?" He asked with concern drowning in his voice.

"Oh, just some guy. It's okay." I lied. He nodded at this, looking back down to his phone.

I was the first person to leave the bus. I didn't want to go though. I wanted to chat with Liam more. We were having a nice convo about ice-cream and cakes! I was even getting along with Harry too.

"Bye,Adri!" I heard the large group of my new friends say. I say bye, waving back at them. I exit the bus and walk home, afraid of what will come.

I shakily stood in front of the houses main door. I outstretched my shaky arm and turn the knob, entering the quiet house. Dad wasn't home yet...weird.

I walk towards the basement door and open it, going down the old stairs. I got to my "bed." And settled down my book bag, getting ready to do my homework.

After doing my homework, I go upstairs to make dinner for my father, sister and me. I make something quick and small;macaroni and cheese and chicken nuggets. The good thing was that my father liked this too.

"Hey, Adri!" I turn to see my little sister, Yasmin. "How was school?" She smiled like the sweetheart she was. My sister doesn't get abused like me. I'm grateful for that.

"Good. I made a lot of friends. How bout you?" I asked while stirring the mac.

"I made some friends too! They're all girls though. But school was good." The little first grader put down her book bag on the table, looking through it. "This is for you!" She hands me something.
