Izuku Midoriya is a young witch in training. He...he sucks at making potions but excels in spell casting. He is the only witch in his home town that doesn't have a familiar which is an animal that is a guardian over their witches and that helps them. Normal witches get their familiars once they cast their first spell which is normally at age 8. Izuku has always been able to cast powerful spells at a young age but no familiar ever came to him and he got bullied because of this. Katsuki Bakugo is a cat familiar. He can turn into a cat and then also go to a more human form where he still has ears and a tail. He was never assigned a witch and it was because of his temper. The leaders of the familiars did not think it wise to give him to a witch but...young Midoriya still does not have a familiar and none of the other familiars would fit well with him so they only had one option left. They sent Bakugo to go and be the familiar to Izuku. The thing is, Bakugo had no idea who Izuku was and how powerful they really are. They were defiantly in for a surprise.
