I had no idea what to think of this situation. Buildings burning all around me, people running and screaming. I had to find my friends, they were all I had left.
I then remembered my mother left her keys in the car this morning. I ran to her car and opened the driver side door. The tank read about three quarters full. I turned the keys in the ignition, and backed out of the driveway.

I just then remembered that Carter hadn't heard about my incident with my Uncle Marty. I wasn't about to tell him.
"Yeah... I think I do.", I replied.
Carter looked down at his phone.
"Oh thank god.", he said
"What?" I asked
"We have to get to Antoine's house.", he said. "He says everyone's there and alive."
