"So we all agree?"I asked.

"I go east."James said.

"I go west."Herc said.

"And I go North,then we meet at camp tonight with whatever or whoever we find."I said.

They nodded and we all went to our points on the island.

I soon got the lake.I sat on a rock and enjoyed my self until I heard a rustling in the bushes next to me.I looked closer to see a fox's tail,but much larger,was waving a bit.

"Hide."it whispered.

"What the-"I was pulled into the bush and something covering my mouth I thought it was a paw but it was a hand.

"Shhh!"I said to me.

I looked out threw the bush and saw a man with black hair pushed to one side of his head float over to where I used to be.his eyes turned white as he spoke fast but I understood."Your highness the intruders aren't here in the north.Ill check the South."and he flew off.The hand let go of me then ran to another one.

I got out of the bush and walked to it."Come out.I won't hurt you."I murmured.

A man then stood.he wore no shoes.He did were brown pants and a green long sleeve shirt.He had a fox's tail and ears."P-p-promise?"

"Promise."

He walked over to me."You don't look like a mage."

"I'm not.Im a solder."

His eyes went wide with glee and condemn."So your human?"

"Yeah?"

"Where is your camp I need to get you back before they find you!"

It was a lot so I just ran in the detection and he followed.

When we got there Herc and James came back.

There was a shirtless half snake man with a jewel on his forehead."Alex!"he yelled at the foxy boy  (hehehehehehehehehe) with a smile.

"Laf!"the boy ran to the snake and hugged him.

In James hand was a gold lamp.It was covered in dirt.He placed it on a rock.

The boy released the snake and frown as he walked to the lamp."damn it Thomas come out!"he kicked the lamp.

A man can out of the lamp in a fog."That hurt you know!you kicked my head!"the man said.

The fox huffed.James was starring as the man."wow."he breathed

Then a squirrel ran up to us."Oh you must be the new guys."he then turned into a man.

"Ok what is going on here!"I yelled.

The fix jumped into a bush."I-I'm sorry.Come out please."

He slowly got out of the bush and looked at the snake."Laf we need to protect them before...."he started to tear up.

The snake slithered up to him to imbrace him."I know mon ami.Get in the tent.We'll explain everything."We all went into the tent."Ok so before we tell you everything let us just say what we are first.I am what is called a slither.I had a weird snake obsession when so was a kid.It grew with me.When I came here I was turned into this monster."

"I'm a fox tail.When I was young I was a trixter.I also could sneak around without a sound.Same thing happened to me."said the cute fox

The man that was once a squirrel spoke."I'm whats called a hunter.I shape shift.I had to many personalities.Same here with the curse."

The man from the lamp finally spoke to us."I'm a genie.I did everything o could for people.I even said 'your wish is my command' very often.I came and I was cursed as well."

"Wow."Herc,James and I said at once.

"Well I'm Lafayette."the slither said."Call me Laf."

"I'm Thomas."The genie said.

"I'm Alexander."the fox tail said."I prefer Alex though."

"Im James."the hunter said.

"John Laurens."

"James Madison."

"Hercules Mulligan."

They told us of the king and two other mages.They also told us of four Mermaids in the lake.

Well I guess this is going to be fun.
