Jake and Rosa have been working undercover on this case for 2 months. They have gained trust from the drug dealer they are trying to bust and they have a plan . The plan is to keep gaining his trust and take down people from his team , one by one. The drug dealer would travel around the world with his colleagues and this time he took everyone to Florida . Of course Jake and Rosa were a working the case as a fake couple and so the drug dealer (who's name is Alejandro) got them one room. The room had one bed and Jake and Rosa would take turns sleeping on the bed.
Rosa and Jake were told to call Holt 3 times a week to keep him updated on the case. Rosa decided to call him in the late afternoon. She was sitting on the couch dialing holts number while Jake was watching jeopardy on the TV. Holt picks up and he says the following " ROSA, so glad you called, we have been keeping up with the case and turns out the drug dealer has put a mic in each room," when rose hears the news she is shocked and stares at Jake with a blank face. He repeatedly asks what's wrong and Rosa signals for him to put the TV sound on blast so the mic wouldn't pick up what they were taking about. The volume was now at 76 (very loud) and they hear a Big Bang on the door . Rose immediately hangs up and throws the phone under the bed. It was Alejandro . He bursts through the door , furiously . "WHY IS YOUR TV SO LOUD , EH? WHATCHA HIDING. WHATS THIS UNDER THE BED HUH? WHOS "CAPTAIN HOLT" UNDERCOVER COPS? FBI AGENTS?" Jake and rosas faces turn bright red. "no, captain Holt is Elizabeth's contact for my father , he is a boat driver..." Jake says to cover up the lies. "Nah I ain't buying it , your undercover cops, i can smell it. I bet ya ain't even a couple." Alejandro is walking closer to Jake and Rosa slowly but surely, and he immediately pulls out a knife . "No no we're a couple, I swear to you. And Holt is his father, who drives boats. And we are a couple , and WERE NOT UNDERCOVER COPS," Rosa says fiercely trying to prove a point. "Aight then, show me everything in yo bags.. Now." Jake and Rosa take everything out one by one showing there's nothing suspicious in the bag. "Ok ok,but I'm not buying the whole couple thing, kiss," Alejandro says forcefully. Rosa almost questions why they needed to kiss to prove there dating when Jake cuts her off , pressing his lips against hers . He grabs her by the waist pulling her closer , and she wraps her arms around his neck. They passionately kiss for 10 whole seconds, Alejandro finally drops the suspicion and walks out the room. It had been 30 whole minutes of awkward silence between the two when Jake fianally broke the silence and told Rosa he was gonna take a nap. Rosa sat on the chair scrolling down social media on her phone. Jake coughed in his sleep, causing Rosa to move her attention to him. She got this feeling , a weird one, she felt ... butterflies . "Come on Rosa he's married , why are u acting all weird" she says to herself... but ... she can't help it.
