Ok so gear ain't that important, but I thought I should include it. I don't have any gear, except for some gloves that are coming in the mail, I'll let you know when I have that.
A lot of therian think it's important to have gear, like tails or ears, but it isn't crucial. I do think that if you are having trouble phantom shifting or you've never done it and want to try then get some, like I was having trouble getting wings to shift but I wore some wings for a costume and it got me to know what it. Kind of feels like and bam, now i phantom shift all the time!
Not all people who wear ears and tail are therians, it is also a fation statement.
