On a warm, cool day, she went out for a brisk jog...well, as brisk as a jog for a speedster can get. She had put in her earbuds, listening to some run of the mill peppy music on her phone. She stared at her phone momentarily, smiling at the pink, rubbery cat case. She pressed the little nose and made a mewing noise. Amused with herself, she looked up and put her phone back into her pocket, picking up the pace a little and running faster.

She keeps running, keeping a good pace and a steady breath. Her playlist shuffles around 3 times, but she doesnt fully care, she's out running, doing what she loves.

Suddenly, that all stops.

For a few blocks around, a large crash could be heard, soon followed by a creak and then a smash. Many people came out to check, only to find a crumpled trashcan and a lightpole that seemed to be snapped in half.

She gasps for breath, having dragged a man 30 miles in 2 seconds. "H-How did I not notice you?" She stares at the tall, blonde man, who is rubbing his back. "Y-you're massive! Do I need glasses or something?..."

He stares at the woman, absolutely lost in her emerald green eyes."I...I...uhm...." He realizes he's drooling and quickly wipes it away. "I'm Francis! Francis Burnes." He holds out his rather large hand. "It's a pleasure to meet you, miss...?"

She sighs and takes his hand, gently shaking it. "Valerie. Valerie Collins."
