Malikai's pov
I glanced at Eric nervously before I got out of the car. Before I could even say buy he sped off. I frowned and sighed. I turned around and my brows furrow.
"Merlottes." I mumble to myself.
I wasn't close enough to see inside but by all the cars I could tell it was packed. I nervously walked inside. I glanced around and jumped as I heard a voice next to me.
"Oh im sorry i didnt mean to scare you." I pretty red head laughed softly. "You lookin for a table hun?" She smiled.
"N-no actually. U-uh a person actually. S-sookie Stackhouse?" I said nervously.
"Sookie? Oh hun you just missed her!" She laughs and links her elbow with mine. "I'll have Sam call Sookie and I'll introduce you to everyone." She smiled. "You just move here?"
"Well actually I'm here to move in with sookie." I say and laughed nervously.
She gasped as she lead me to the bar. "Sookie's been talkin bout you! Malikai!" She smiled.
"Y-yah...thats me." I smile as we reach the bar.
"Everyone this is malikai!" She smiled and everyone at the bar turned to us. I blushed and smiled shyly.
"Oh nice to meet you." A man with long straight hair said as he approached. "I'm Sam merlotte." He smiled and I hesitantly shake his hand.
"Sam would you mind calling sookie for us, tell her to get her butt back down here." The redhead smiled. I quickly looked at her name tag.
"Arleen. Pretty." I say softly.
"Well thank you." She laughed and blushed a little.
Sam nodded and smiled and walked into the back.
"Well this is our lovely bartender Melanie." She smiled. I glanced up at the blonde and smile before shaking her hand. "And in the kitchen is Lafayette." She says.
"Ooo look at this fine piece of assss!" A dark man with a leopard print bandana on his head said. "Oh hunny one of these lonely men are gonna scoop you right up." He smirked. I blushed hard as my eyes widen a little.
"Oh girl don't take it to seriously he's just teasin ya." Melanie laughed.
I laugh awkwardly and look at the floor.
"Jason's on his way." Sam announces as he walks behind the bar.
"Oh Lord that boy is not gonna let her out of his truck!" She groaned. "Good luck hunny you'll need it."
"S-should I be scared?" I say quietly as my brows furrow. "Who's jason?"
"Oh sookie's brother...hes a real horndog if you know what I mean." She laugh. I hear the door open and the bell go off behind me. I glanced back and my jaw dropped a little.
"This the girl?" A dirty blonde muscular man says as he smiled walking to us.
"Yes jason this is her now get going before it gets too late." Arleen says and pushed me towards him.
I tripped over my own feet and landed in his chest. I quickly pulled away turning bright red. "You okay?" He chuckled.
"Yes I'm fine let's go please." I say quietly and headed for the door. I heard him chuckle. "Bye guys!" I say waving a little while looking back.

"So uh are you sookie's boyfriend?" I say quietly,breaking the silence as he drove. Forgetting what Arleen had told me.
"Oh no!" He laughed. "Brother im her brother." He laughed.
I blush embarrassed and laughed a little
"You know...your pretty cute." He smiles as he calms down.
My eyes widen and I turn bright red. "U-uh thanks." I stutter. "Y-your pretty to." I spit out, out of nervouness. I face palmed.
"Why thank you." He laughed. "Do you maybe wanna, go out sometime? I can show you around bon temps if you'd like?" He asked.
I smiled and looked to him. "T-that would be great." I smiled. "W-what time?' I asked softly.
"Uhhh 8?" He asked. I nodded.
We talked a bit more and I smiled as we pulled up to a yellow house.
"How about I walk you in?" He offered.
"I wouldn't mind that." I smile softly and get out grabbing my bag. As I remembered she had to invite me in I get nervous. He walks me to the front door and knocks. The door quickly swings open.
"My roommate!" She exclaimsand throws her arms around me. I smile and wrap my arms around her. "I didn't think you would be here this quick." She says pulling away. I smiled . "Come on in." She smile. I sigh in relief internally and go inside. "Goodnight jason." She says and quickly shuts the door before he can come in. I laugh as he bangs on the door. "Y'all are rude!" He laughs. "Gooodniiiight!" Sookie laughs.
"Hes funny." I chuckle and she grunts. "What?"
"More like annoying." She chuckled. "C'mon I'll show you your room and then we'll have dinner? How does that sound?" She smiled as she leads me upstairs.
"Fantastic." I smile as she opens the door to my room. She was so sweet and pretty.....it was hard to think I would eventually be killing her.
