The New Me

Harry's New Look

A/N: I don't own Harry Potter or the pictures I use.

         It was 2 weeks since Hermione rejected Harry, and surprisingly, Harry treated her like he always did. Although he did seem a little more distant sometimes, he still treated her like his best friend. Today was Friday, and it is a Hogsmeade weekend, so they're going to Hogsmeade tomorrow (Saturday).

The Next Day
          Harry, Hermione and rest of the 4th years were all gathered up outside to go to Hogsmeade.
          Hermione asked Harry, "Did you find a date already?"
         "Yeah, Parvati Patil." Harry replied as a smile crept up his face.
          Of course that didn't go by unnoticed by Hermione. She instinctively said, "Why would you choose her? There's so many other girls out there."
          "Well she asked me first and I think I really like her. Something about her that makes me so happy. I know we haven't talked much, but she seems really nice." He replied
           "Oh... well what are you doing in Hogsmeade today?" Hermione asked.
           "Well I was gonna get a haircut cause my hair looks like a bowl now." Harry said as he pointed to his hair and laughed. "Oh, and maybe get my eyes checked out cause I'm tired of having check of my glasses falling off while I'm playing Quidditch, so I'll probably get contacts. wonder what I'll look like." He continued.
4 hours later...
Hermione was walking to the common room when she saw someone on the couch. The sides of his hair was cut almost to the scalp and the hair on top of his hair was held up by gel.
             She came up to him and tapped his shoulder. The person turned around and turned out to be Harry!! His eyebrows were neatly done and the spell that fixed his eyes had made his eyes a lighter shade of green. It seemed like he had a lighter complexion, but that was only because of his eyes changing color.
              Harry smiled at Hermione's reaction and said, "Hey Mione! How do I look?" Hermione stood there with her mouth agape, unable to comprehend what he had just said. With a blush, she ran up to the dorms, but she failed to realize that someone else was staring at Harry...
