Hello readers my name is Kyle Garret im going to tell you a little about my life in this book and I'm going to make many large references to my (Tyler Guerin) real life. And i am going to use fake names for the protection of my friends identities.
I wake up to an empty house everyday look in the mirror think eww. I get reaady for a day with no friends and sitting in the house playing video games and when being outside I'm constantly confronted by tobacco use and drugs. Regretfully i have given into both but i try not to make it too obvious.
My parents work all day every day, and my brother and sister usually aren't home because they have better things to do. When they are home though (my brother and sister) they are usually picking on me about my weight or just bitching.
My life was really bad until this annual event came around. It was called Ridgefest. It was a 4 day event . It was fun and all but i was with this girl I really liked the whole time we used to date but now we were on friend terms. Her name was Kourtney. I thought she was dating this guy Mark but it turns out on the last day of Ridgefest, her friend, Bella told me that Koutney wasnt dating Mark and she liked me I was ecstatic.
I decided on the next ride we went on together i would ask her out. Sure enough I did. It is the 3rd time we have dated think but it has been the best time yet and i love my girl Kourtney. We spent as much time as we could together but then she had to go. I love her was my only thoughts.
I thank Bella to this day for telling me that. I know no one will read this book but if you do I'm sorry it is so short but its true actually it all is haha well i will update it more when possible READ ON! ;)

Me and Kourtney hang out at least once a week now and nothing in the world is better than getting to see her face. I love her so much words cannot describe she is the most beautiful girl in the world.
Now onto the next problem ....her parents. I hang out there a lot and they are suspicious and they like me though but Kourtney isn't allowed to date. We don't have long to wait before that changes ! Well I love her and I know your going to read this Kourtney, and I know you already know this but I love you so much darling and I would do anything for you beautiful <3
