School has ended and everyone is going home. Cayde and I were walking home when Annie, a girl from my history class, comes up and starts to talk to Cayde.
"Hi Cayde! Are you free later today?" She asked.
"Well uh, I have to be somewhere today and tomorrow. I think I'll be free after then." He responded.
"Okay!!" She smiled with joy.
She shot me a dirty look and whispered in my ear.

I woke up to the sound of my alarm beeping rapidly. It's Saturday. Not really feeling good. I looked at my phone. Fall break? Already? I got out of bed and went downstairs to find Lilly sitting on the couch.
"Hey Delilah! Your brother had work so he called me up." She said as soon as she saw me.
"Hey..." You managed to slur out, rubbing the sleep out of your eyes.
"Zach went boxing today.. He never takes a break from that." She rolled her eyes as she got up to make breakfast.
Hearing that, I knew that if I was gonna protect Lilly, it'll hurt like shit.

Zach finally shows up. He gives a kiss to Lilly and sits next to me.
"Did you sleep well?" He asked, all sweaty with a towel around his shoulders.
"I slept fine." I looked at him, faking a smile. Then I noticed something. A red little mark on his collarbone. Odd, I thought. Then it hit me. He's cheating on her. There's a fresh hickey right there.
I changed into a white shirt and shorts. When I came down I saw Lilly getting all kissy with her boyfriend
"Get a room before I start taking pictures." I grumbled.

"Lilly, what's that red mark on his collarbone?" I asked, pointing to this chest.
"What is it- I... A hickey?" She said as she pulled down his collar slightly.
"It's just a bruise." He defended almost immediately.
"From what?" I asked right after.
"Boxing." Really? He's gonna give me that shit?
"Your lies are almost as believable as telling her you have a monster cock, Zach." I said as i pointed to Lilly.
Lilly went straight to the floor, laughing while Zach thinks of a comeback.
"We're over Zach." Lilly said as soon as she stopped laughing
