Hey! My name is Hannah Diaz and welcome to my life/ story.

I have a happy family. I love them more than I love myself. My friends are the best. They really help me get through this hard time. You may ask, what hard time? Well currently I'm living in the hospital. Why? Well let me tell you that. When I was 15 I was diagnosed with cancer. Currently I'm 18. I've been "living" at the hospital for a year now. Because last year my cancer got pretty bad. But at the time I'm doing really good. So good that I can probably leave in 3 weeks. Which I'm excited about. But my whole life changed when this one guy walked into my life....
