"Get the hell outta here man!" The sandy haired male shouted at his close friend, "You gotta leave! They know you're here now! They're still after you!"
"Shouting isn't going to help any!" Another man sighed, leaning in the doorway to the room, his dark brown hair covering his pale forehead.
"Damn, how much time do I have Ken?" The last man sighed, zipping up his green duffel and tossing it on the floor.
"None." Another voice came from the doorway as Ken fell to the ground. A pasty skinned figure stepped in, dark eyes locking with the masked man, "You cannot flee from us forever, Ryan."
"Don't touch him! I'll kill you all-" Felix, the sandy haired man, stepping in front of his friend, as if to block him from the pain he was to receive.
"Felix. Step aside." Ryan sighed, defeat evident in his tone.
Felix whipped to face the shorter man, eyes wide in sadness and fear.
"What? Why! I promised i'd protect you didn't I?" Felix whined.
"You have a wife to return home to Felix! Think about Marzia!" Cry grumbled, pushing the blonde aside and facing the taller man, standing over Ken's limp body, "Take care of Ken, Felix."
"No! Cry! Please!" Felix cried, reaching out and grabbing his friends white shirt, "We can still fight!"
"We've been fighting for so long Felix...can't you see?" Ryan sighed, "We. can't. win. We lost this battle the moment it started."
"No! Cry!" The blonde man was now sobbing.
"Forget about me Pewds..." Ryan felt a tear stream down his pale cheek, "It's better that way. Maybe we'll met again soon..."
Ryan stepped forward, grabbing his bag and walking out of the smashed doorframe to the main living room.
"Are you coming Gabe?" He questioned the intruding figure.
Gabe smirked and followed Ryan.
"Always knew you'd give in one day."
"Of course... i'm to weak to fight." Ryan sighed.
Michelle looked up in fear from her position on the lounge chair, her wife huddled close to her side.
"Cry? What's happening?!" She frowned, and Krism lifted her head, eyes barely open but visibly red from crying.
"He's giving up!" Gabe chuckled, patting Ryan's shoulder.
Michelle gasped and glared at Ryan.
"You're just giving in?! Cry! How could you?"
"Please, Minx. You're not making anything better by yelling." Krism soothed her fiancée.
"Goodbye, friends." Ryan frowned, being pushed forward by Gabe, towards the door. Felix now stood in the living room along with Ken, barely conscious and leaning on the wall.
"Time to become one of us Cry." Gabe chuckled, smiling widely to reveal his white fangs, shinning in the moon's bright light.
"Get it over with." He sighed, tilting his head.
Gabe was quick with his work, not wasting any time in plunging his fangs through Cry's smooth skin.
The brunette screamed in agony and collapsed to the floor, eyes wide and fingers twitching in pain.
"The transformation always hurts." Gabe smirked, kneeling by the fidgeting man.
"No... Cry..." Felix whimpered, voice filled with sorrow.
Ryan gave a small gasp in a feeble attempt to say goodbye to his dearest friends. His panicked and pleading gaze flew across the fearful and tear covered faces in the room, trying to recognize at least one of them before he blacked out and forgot his life from before this dreadful occasion. Maybe one day he'd remember.
Gabe stood, grabbing the attention of Felix.
"Would you all like to forget Cry? Never to remember what happened and get another chance at life? Or live your lives, remembering his pain just so you all could live." Gabe asked, pulling off his sunglasses and tucking them away in his pocket.
The others looked around, trying to agree on a decision when Felix stepped forward, face streaked with tears.
"Make me forget." He chocked out, glancing down at his blue eyed friend's wide and pained eyes as he clawed at his burning neck.
It's what Cry asked me to do... I'm doing this for him...
Ken gasped at the blonde man's behavior.
"Will I remember them?" Felix gestured with his arm to his friends, all sitting around the room. One person was missing. The princess should be here, to bid her love goodbye, but she was nowhere to be found. She was probably with Marzia, hiding somewhere for protection.
"No." Gabe's eyes flashed with pity for a moment before he stepped up to Felix, "Forget."
He stared deep into the shorter man's icy eyes, pupils dilated to a shape much like a cat's. Felix shuddered and fell to the ground, clutching his head.
"Anyone else?"
Minx stood slowly, bringing Krism with her.
"Are you serious?!" Ken growled, "You're willing to forget your friends just to live in peace?!"
"There's to much pain to remember..." Minx mumbled, barely audible.
"But-But- Krism! You'll forget her!" Ken desperately pointed to the dark brunette wrapped in Minx's arms.
"We are meant to be. We'll meet again someday." Minx smiled weakly at Krism, pressing her lips gently to her forehead before approaching Gabe.
"Fine. If you're all forgetting..." Ken sighed, pushing off the wall and limping towards Gabe, "than I might as well do the same..."
"Hahaha" Gabe chuckled lightly, "In the year 1840, the five most stubborn humans i've ever met, gave in..."
