~cont. Lexi's POV~

He walks in the room and I close the door, still in shock.

"How are you here alex?" I ask suddenly.

"Um, she passed a week ago and so I came back here. But only to see a tear stained face. What happened?" He finishes.

"Um, one of my old friends came over and we kissed, then this morning we play fought and made breakfast and went back upstairs to change clothes, but when we were changing he got a text." I explained.

"Okay... So what did the text say?" He asked me.

"A girl sent him a text thanking him for the fun they had last night and that when he got back from some other girls house later today that he should go back to her house" i say with tears threatening to spill once again. He looks at me and wipes them away as the tears disobey me and fall anyway.

"Im sorry lex, hey if he cant see how amazing you are then he dont deserve my best friend" he says smiling at me.

"True true" I reply.

"Wanna hang out since im here now?" He asks with a smirk.

"Yupp" I pop the 'p' with a huge grin. I pull him to my bed and grab my laptop and lay down with him and we start watching binge watching episodes of the office. I pull the covers over us and place my laptop on my chest so we can watch from a better angle. As soon as i do my phone chimes. A text, alex reaches for my phone reads the message then clicks his tongue unimpressed and passes me my phone. I look at my phone and the texts reads : Cameron: I'm really sorry I messed up lex. It wasnt true. Pls forgive me..

I put my phone down and pretend that it didnt make my heart skip a beat. And that it didnt almost want to make me text him back and tell him i forgive him for the text. Because thats how stupid i am..that i would and do fall in love fast. I look over at alex and see him turn really fast and pretend like he was watching the tv. He could tell how i felt. Ugh i put my phone down and laugh at Dwight because he screams at jim for puting his things in jello again. We laugh and continue watching the show together. Alex shifts in the bed and puts his arm around me.

~hours later~

We continue to lay down in my bed and watch the office. As we start a new episode my mom walkes in my room and sees us. She looks at me. Then at alex. Then at his arm around me and my head laying against it.

She looks confused for a second, but doesn't ask questions. Instead she merely says "dinner is done, do you want to come eat? Oh and alex are you staying for dinner? We would love to have your company" as she smiles at us.

"I would love to, i havent been at an Amarro dinner in sooo long" he answers with a laugh.

"Shut up you dork, you were here like 3 weeks ago" I joke to him, knowing he hates being called a dork.

My mom walks out shaking her head, "come down when youre both ready" she laughs as she continues walking downstairs.

"We will" alex happily replys which makes me giggle.

  I walk to my bed and grab my phone off my bed and grab Alex's hand, pulling him behind me. Alex knows i hate being upside down but he does it anyways. He pulls my hand back making me turn towards him. I give him the 'im going to kill you look' as i realize what hes going to do to me. He then gives me a quick ' you know you wont' smile then picks me and twists me upside down then throws me on his back and runs downstairs as I scream "alexxxxxx!!!!! I'm going to kill youuuu" as he laughs the entire time.

I stop in total and wait for him to put me down. He finally stops laughing and starts to walk to the couch to let me down. As soon as I make it to solid ground he turns around and I take my chance. I grab a pillow off the couch im next to and hit him on the head. As soon as i do he turns around as i start laughing uncontrollably.

"Oh no you didnt" he threatens as i get up and run for my life. Avoiding the pillow at all costs.  I make it all the way down to the last stair of the basement steps before i feel hands grip my waist. He chuckles and I giggle. I turn around at look at him.  Hes smiling and so am i.  He turns me around and I look up at him, since I'm on the bottom step and he's on the stair just above mine.

I look up into his eyes and he returns the look. The look of desire, want, and need. Then he looks and my lips and pulls me closer. So close that now my chest is on his. He looks up at my eyes as if he is asking if he could kiss me, I give him a quick nod and he smashes his lips on mine. The kiss feels like magic. I dont know where it started or whether or not it is going to end. I dont know why but I feel like I could kiss alex forever.

Alex moves his hand so it's caressing my cheek and holding me still, because i think I'm shaking. He breakes the kiss shortly after and looks into my eyes for a while. Then he speaks " cameron left after he got this? Damn he must have horrible senses." He moves his hand from my cheek to my hand and starts pulling me upstairs. We get all the way to the top and walk into the dining room.

Alex begins, " im sorry I totally forgot I told lex that i would Take her go get food. I would love to stay but we made reservations for this new Chinese place. When should I bring her home?" He finishes as I realise hes still holding my hand.

My dad gulps " oh um alrighty then. You may both stay out until midnight. But if anything happens please use protection. " he looks away embarrassed from what he had just said out loud. I groan in embarrassment as does alex. "Uh dad we are just going to get food. Relax. Alex and i are just friends." I give him a look as my dad looks back at me. I give Alex's hand a sqeeze and lead us up to my room so I can put on shoes. I look for my low top white converse's. Finally i find them burried deep in my closet as i pull them out i see something I never thought i would see in my room. Especially because it looks freshly used. What the hell???

 
I ignore my thoughts as I grab the shoes and walk to my bed to slip them on. Alex sits on my bed waiting to go looking at what my Chromecast is defaulting to. The background right now is space.  I finish sliding one shoe on and repeat my actions. "Just friends?" He clicks his tounge.

"Uh I thought so... And would what would you expect me to say?? Oh um dad me and alex are leaving and most likely going to make out in the car parked some place? Or maybe hey dad me and alex are leaving to going to go on a date??? It was better than saying that we were missing dinner to go make out in my car or yours. Right???" He nods his head.

"Exactly. Now can we get in my car so we can actually finish that kiss please??" I impatiently say already knowing his answer. He grabs my keys, a big blanket, his jacket, my laptop and our phone chargers and walks to the door. I start to follow him but he stops me and puts his finger up, signalling( dunno if I spelled that right but wtvr :) ) me to wait for him. He runs downstairs with all the items he grabbed before and as I think he would goes to put them in my car.

I hear his footsteps as he jogs up the stairs. He walks in the room then runs his fingers through his hair, fixing it, then with the samd hand reaches it out for me. I take his hand and we walk to my car together.

A/N

Alex and Lexi might become friends with benefits... Or cameron and Lexi might  become friends with benefits.
