chapter 6

Cyril's POV
I heard her scream and asked her what happened
but I guess it wasn't something bad because her
face was tomato red. Was she actually blushing? or
am I too handsome while sleeping?. And with the
way she reacted. There's a probability that am right.
"Am going home " she said awkwardly and ran off.
This isn't a probability. It true. It happening for real.
I carried my guitar and ran off hoping I can meet
her on the way. I need to confirm this. I really have
to know and thankfully I met her. "Wait" I said while
panting. I walked closer and the next thing she did
was to call someone by the name josh and ran off
to him. "Josh" who exactly is he?. With his look his
face seems familiar. I almost hit myself when I
realized he is the guy I met in the store. His he her
boyfriend?. What the hell are u thinking about cyril.
That can't be true.
Ayesha's POV.
My crazy head imagined what might happen if i had
waited and thankfully I saw Josh. I told him to wait
and ran off to him. I couldn't even look at him in the
face before I ran off.
"What happened between you two? " josh asked. I
know he will end up teasing me so, I pretend I didn't
hear him. "Yah! Nosy, you face is red. Don't tell me
that you were.......... ". I covered his lips with my
hands because i couldn't allow him to complete the
sentence but he's stronger than me. " Then, it true"
he said laughing. "This is so embarrassing" I
thought and ran off.

Cyril found his grandpa sitting on a bench and
watching the stars. He greeted him and sit beside
him as they both watch the stars in silent. "Want to
talk about something? " his grandpa broke the
silence. Cyril looked at him but his eyes were
focused on the sky.
"I don't know grandpa" he said truthfully. "I can't
understand this feeling. It driving me crazy,
grandpa. It hurts my heart".
"Cyril" he called and now he was looking at him. "It
normal. Things like this will surely happen. But, you
shouldn't allow it to get any worst son, you really
have to act fast. " he advised him. "It the shooting
star. Make a wish. It will surely come true" he said
pointing to the sky.
Cyril looked up and he saw it. He closed his eyes
and muttered something.

Next day
Cyril waited for ayesha for hours but she didn't
show up. He ended up going up devastated because
she did appear.
Weeks pass by and they still haven't met each
other. Until one day cyril decided to go to the store
maybe he might get lucky but even the guy named
josh wasn't there. For some reasons he became
more and more devastated.
Ayesha's POV
Not seeing him is the best. Yes, it better. I know it
unfair to my heart but it actually the best. Staying
away from him. I know we've only met twice face-
to-face. But, have been watching him ever since
the day i set my eyes on him. Maybe it was even
his first day here. He looked like a pumpkin.
Frowning doesn't suit him. I listened to my brothers
advice because he's also a guy. And he knows what
he feels like to get hurt. I know, he haven't asked
me out or confessed to me. But, i agree with my
brother, i should prevent bad things from happening.
Although, my heart is screaming and telling me to
go to the garden. I won't. I don't want to suffer or
feel any pain. Josh, spent years thinking about her,
even if she's not here. And am sure he still thinks
about her. What if..... Just what if..... Something like
that or much more happen. Am not good in
adapting. Am scared. But, i don't know why i still
want to meet him. I know josh wont stop me but i
don't just know why i want to meet him even if am
scared. I guess the best is to follow my heart.
