Red fish Blue Fish(tom x tori)

A/N this is my first chp so bear with me and its the mermaid au -w-)

Tom POV
I was being the usual poor lonely fisher and something caught me nonexisting eyes.It was a red tail in the water. This might be a fortune!!I can be rich I thought.It was a huge tail and maybe a huge fish.I grabbed my harpoon and net and threw the harpoon at the fish and it hit it.I grabbed my net to grab it and it weighed like a human.I lifted the net and I say the thing was a mermaid."LET ME GO!!!!"she screamed in horror."Im so sorry..."i said politely. I layed her on the floor and removed the harpoon quickly and wrapped the wound with medical tape."Thank you human"she said with a smile.She was really cute and adorable.She had grey eyes,a hair style like devil horns and a red seashell bra and tail."no problem"i said."so whats your name?"i asked nicely."im tori"said the mermaid."im tom"i said holding my hand out.She look confused so i told her what a hand shake was.She soon grabbed my hand a shook it rlly fast"JESUS YOU HAVE A STRONG GRIP"I said with a smile.I grabbed a basket if water and placed her in the mini pool of water.It was getting late and i was staying on the ship.Soon,edd came out and asked who was i talking to.He was shocmed it was a mermaid."MATT TORD GET OUT HERE!!!WE ARE GONNA BE RICH"he shouted in glee.matt and tord dashed to see tori with me."guys,shes nkt for cash.i thought she was a big ass sea creature but it was a mermaid."i said unenthusiastic with them wanting riches.I was poor too but i was considerate."im not your 300 gold prize or any of that shit.so dont even think of selling me or even doing shit like that"Tori said with sass and wit.The 3 bozos were shocked."Well we'll catch a shark...."said edd in shock.The three bozos left the scene and continued."Do you want anything to eat?"I asked."this may seem really really weird but,i want fish."tori said rubbing the back of her head with her cheeks pink.I didnt care so i caught her a salmon.I grabbed our little grill which was sticks over stone. We made a mini bon fire with a barrell and cooked the salmon."So,whats it like being a mermaid"i asked."terrible for me,i barely fit in.I look different,sound different,act different,and eat different.The truth is,i was a human before.I got turned into a mermaid when i was 14.It was a curse or something."she said.I looked over at her and smiled,"hey its ok if youre different...tell people or mer-people to get the hell outta your life and let  you be you".She lightly blushed and hugged me.I hugged her back.It was sunset around that time.Food was ready and we were eating like animals."so ummm tori,did you have any siblings??"edd asked."yeah,a twin brother and i believe his name was tord...and he looked like me.The last time i saw him was in the dock at norway".tori said.Tord told us the same thing then that means.....tord knew tori all along but never admitted it.matt chumed in,"wait a minute tord,you told us that same story?"Tord nodded.

It was late at night and tori was still awake.I sat down next to her and wrapped my arm around her.She blushed lightly."hey tom,thanks for being there for me"she said smiling."no problem"i said wrapping my arm around her waist.She blushed lightly which was really cute.I put my hand on hers and leaned up close.She kissed me on the lips and i didnt pull back in just melted in it.Then,she turned human again.She was bare and didnt care,we were just instantly  locked in that kiss.I took off my shirt and handed it to her.Soon we stared at the stars on the boat and fell asleep hugging.
