This story is very dear to me. A lot of the characters are based in some parts of my life and how I would've acted. You will probably see some scenes where you are going to roll your eyes, cringe a ton and probably say 'do I want to keep reading this?' but hey, this is my story and I enjoyed writing it.
To be honest, I didn't even know how to write a story in the first place. I literally went to f*cking WikiHow on how to write a good story, because I can't plot for sh*t and then I know I would lose interest in my story and I don't want that to happen.
I want you to know that this story deals with themes like bullimia, bullying, depression, unrequited love and lots of drama, so beware.
The story is based loosely in the Sleeping Beauty tale from Disney, that doesn't mean it's going to be exactly like it, or just retelling it. No. It's different, it's modern and I just got some inspiration on it and built a storyline that somehow manages to capture the essence of Sleeping Beauty but with the roles reversed, because this time, it's the boy that sleeps and the girls that fights to save him.
C'mon guys, we love a heroine that is strong, independent and grows as the story goes by. And that's exactly what I want. I want my characters to grow into better people and to acknowledge that there is so much more in this world to enjoy than just getting by and having a mediocre life.
Like my Trainspotting fam would say: Choose life.
