Jessica's POV

*4 months later*

Well these past four months have gone by so fast. Me and Josh are still together. Even though I am dying he wanted to be with me till the end. Anyway, I made a bucket list of things I wanted to do before I died. I have done everything on the list.  Me and Jay have not fought for the past couple of months. Today was a normal day where everyone was at work apart from Josh. I was just watching TV when I had the urge to throw up. I ran to the bathroom and through up blood. I was panicking and started throwing up again.

"Josh" I screamed.

"Baby what's wrong"? He asked running towards me

"I'm throwing up blood" I said panicking.

"Let's get you to a hospital" He said scared.

He then picked me up bridal style and went to his car. He lied me down and drove to the hospital.

Justin POV

I was just in the studio working on a song when my phone round.

"All around the world, people like to be loved" My phone rang.

Calling - Josh

I slid my thumb across the screen and picked it up knowing it must be something important. 

"Hello" I said

"Justin come to the hospital quickly" He said scared

"Why? What's happened" I asked worried

"Jess was throwing up blood" He said

"Okay. I'm on my way" I said

I quickly grabbed all my belonging and left the studio. I got into my car and drove to the hospital.

*Hospital*

I got to the hospital and quickly parked my car. I got out my car and walked through the entrance. I then walked to the receptionist.

"HI, what room is Jessica Bieber in"? I asked

"Room 23B" She said

"Thank you" I said.

I quickly walked to room 23B. I found mum and Josh sat outside.

"Mum" I said.

"Justin" She said and ran to me.

I hugged her and kissed her forehead.

"What's happening"? I asked.

"We don't know. The doctor is checking her out" Josh said and I nodded.

A few minutes later the doctor walked out the room.

"Is she okay"? I asked him.

"Mr Bieber, Miss Mallette and Mr Hunderson i'm sorry to say that Jessica's cancer has gotten worse. She doesn't have much long to live so I advise you to call all your family to say goodbye. I'm sorry again" He said and walked away.

"No, no this can't be happening." I said and started crying.

"Justin calm down. Just go inside and stay by her side whilst I go and call everyone" Mum said and I nodded.

'I can't believe this is happening' I thought

*Next day*

Well everyone flew to LA yesterday night. By everyone I mean dad, Jazzy, Jaxon, Erin, Scooter, Usher, Chaz, Ryan, Christian, Caitlin, Selena, Miley, Demi, Ariana and the rest of the Bieber crew.

"Bieber are you okay"? Jazzy asked climbing onto my lap.

"I'm fine sweetie" I said and kissed her cheek.

"I wanna see Jess" She said.

"Okay" I said.

We then walked into the room and their was Selena and Jess crying together.

"Jess" Jazzy said.

"Baby" Jess said in a weak voice.

"Jazzy make sure your careful" I said and she nodded.

Selena then got off the bed and sat down on the chair next to the bed.

"Are you okay"? I asked Selena.

"I'm fine" She said.

"Jess I love you" Jazzy said.

"I love you too Jazzy" Jess said.

Jess monitor then flatlined and I quickly called a doctor.

"Doctor" I screamed.

All the doctors and nurses entered her room and told us all to her out.

"Justin, what happened"? Dad asked.

"She flatlined" I said scared

We all then just sat their waiting for the doctor. Mum, Selena and everyone was crying. The doctor then walked out the room.

"I'm so sorry to say but Jessica has passed away. I'm so sorry for your loss" He said.

When them words left his mouth I thought I was dying. I can't believe that my baby sister has gone. Everyone was their crying.

"Justin, Josh Jessica asked me to give you this" He said giving us a letter.

I took it off him and opened it. I then started reading it.

Dead Justin

As you are reading this letter now I am gone. Jay I am in a better place now and i'm not suffering anymore. I know this is gonna be hard for you but please don't morn over me forever. I want you to keep up your good work and thank all your beliebers for being their for me. I want you to enjoy your life and always remember that I am watching you from above. I want you to find your future wife and treat her like a queen. I want you to have a family and be happy. I love you so much Jay. Thank you for always being their for me. I will love you forever and always. Tell Josh that I love him so much and tell him to find himself someone new because he also deserves to be happy. You both do and  I will be looking over both of you. I promise that one day you will be happy and you will always be my Jay. I love you so much. Goodbye Justin.

Now that she has gone I realised that God wanted her to leave but she will forever be on my heart.

Hey guys. Here is the last chapter. I can't believe that this book has ended. I want to thank everyone who has supported me and been their for me from the start. I love you all so much.
