After like 2 days in the basement Ethan finally let me out. My bruises have gone away slightly but it still hurts when something is pressed against the bruises.

I took a nice relaxing shower and blow dried my hair. Ethan said that we have to go to a ball thing. I don't know.

He just said "wear something formal and sexy." I rolled my eyes at his comment.

I got one of the dresses that Ethan had for me and put it on. I looked in the mirror and looked good. Dang. I did my hair and makeup and shoes and walked down the stairs.

I saw Ethan at the bottom of the stairs biting his lip and looking up and down at me. Then he whispered "wow princess you look gorgeous."

I wanted to say like yeah but you don't. But I knew I would be in the basement if I said that so I said "you do too."

And winked for extra convincing.
