I lie on the cold hard concrete gasping for air looking towards the rusted chains hanging from the wall tears run down my face as I feel my breath slowly slipping away I close my eyes as the horrid memories run threw my head as everything turns dark I begin to think to myself how did this happen my mind goes back... back to the very beginning to when it all happened February 18th 2016 Westwood high school I listen to the whispers and chatter from the crowd surrounding me trying to cover my face from the crisp winter air as I search for my sister Josey and my best friend Eliza I spot Joseys lavender scarf flapping in the wind "Josey, Eliza" I call out their names as I trample my way threw the snow heading towards them "I told you to wait on the stairs by the entrance" " It was to cold to be waiting for you all day" Josey says while pulling up her hoodie "sorry" Eliza says " my fingers were turning purple and these pockets does no justice "it's whatever" I say not really caring as we're walking halfway down Peregrum street I see tylers red Malabo sitting in front of my house "your little boyfriend is here" Josey says rolling her eyes "he's not my boyfriend" I say pushing josey softly I speed up my pace rushing towards Tyler Eliza and Josey still follows behind but keeps walking at the same pace I ignore the muddy slush and snow sliding its way into my low cut boots as I make it to Tyler's car my cherry red face is lit up bright with a smile he raises down his window "You getting in or not" he asks I stand there blankly for a moment stuck in my thoughts about his hazel eyes and purly smile. "get in the car he's not trying to warm the whole town up" says Eliza as her and Josey walks up to the car I get inside the car sitting inside the passenger seat I can feel my heart racing inside of my chest as he pulls off in the car "what's wrong" Tyler asks I look towards him blushing nothing I say looking back down after taking a quick glance at his face he softly take hold of my hand when he notice that my body has anxiety written all over it josey and eliza mumbles in the back watching our every move josey speaks loud with irritation in her voice "are u going to drive we've been sitting at this green light for about hmm" "eliza buds in about five minutes" i laugh nervously "oh tyler" says realizeing all the cars behind us honking and swerveing around us finally we pull up to our house. eliza josey and i all leave the car before i walk away tyler stops me asking "What are you doing tonight" i look back at eliza and josey opening the the front door and entering the house "Um tonight i dot think im doing anything why" "well curmonie is having a kickback at ortania hotel" he says looking at me egerly i look him in the eyes and confidently reply "ill come if you come to get us it sounds like fun" okay he says
