Chapter 1

[Inseong POV]

Inseong sat quietly in the front row of the class. To be honest, he's the real nerd in the class, wearing a thick glasses, slightly parted hair, always giving full attention in the class. He's just an ordinary oppa that you can found everywhere. Only his thought btw. Today is his favourite day as it was Mr. Han's subject right now. Mr. Han taught them English and Kim Inseong really loves English. He always have the highest score in class.

"Who's snoring in the class? LEE DAWON WAKE UP AND STAND OUTSIDE TILL LUNCH."

Inseong steals a quick glance to the back of the class. He saw the one that's making Mr. Han angry, that boy get up with only half eyes open and walked out of the class after muttering something like "Sorry" so soft that Inseong thought he misheard it. Inseong keep on listening the lecture and writing notes.

Lee Dawon is one of the popular guy in school. He's a bit smaller than Inseong in physical and age too. But they're in the same class because apparently Lee Dawon is so smart that he jumps a few grades till they're in the same class this year. Inseong sometimes feel annoyed with him because Inseong never saw him giving full attention in the class. Dawon always daydreaming in the class or sleeping during the lectures. Yet he manages to get in the second rank below Inseong everytime there's an exam. While Inseong needs to work his ass off to get the first place in exams. Dawon also have a handsome face. Not too big face with a chubby cheeks but still having a jawline that's so sharp. He also belongs to the popular group in the school. There's Youngbin their wise leader who's the same age as Inseong, Rowoon the school's model, Zuho the schools's swagger and Chani the cutest maknae and dancer. And Dawon also a popular guy himself, he came from a wealthy family, always wearing branded things and an only child. But with that handsome face, Inseong never saw him with another girl or boy other than being with his group. Maybe he's not interested in a relationship or socializing. Inseong thought in his mind.

Inseong went to the cafeteria to grab lunch for himself. He saw his childhood friend already waiting for him at the table near the window. Across their table is the popular group's table. As always there's a few girls and boys squealing and watching the group in awes.

"You're late today?"

"Sorry, Mr. Han gave us some work to do before lunch. You've done eating?"

"Yeah.. I'm so hungry. Oh where's Hwiyoung? Is he not coming to the school today?"

"He's absent today, last night he caught a cold." Inseong answers Jaeyoon's question while eating his food. Jaeyoon nods while slurping his favourite strawberry milk. Jaeyoon got a manly body with a sometimes cute face and cute habits. They've been forever since the elementary school. For Inseong, Jaeyoon is the only friend that can understands him. Jaeyoon also stays with them as there's no one at his house. His family has moved to another city leaving him with them as he didn't want to follow them.

Suddenly he saw a shadow appearing besides him. There's Chani coming with Dawon maybe accompanying him.

"Excuse me Inseong-hyung.. can you give this to Hwiyoung? This is today's note. I heard that he's sick."

"Oh Chani-ya.. yes I can. You can come to our house if you want. Hwiyoung would love it."

"Can I come too?" Dawon mutters a soft words behind Chani. I smiled at him and say..

"Yes, everyone is welcome to our house."

"You are so nice Inseong-hyung. I'll drop by later with this guy."

Chani turns his back and almost walk to his table when I caught his wrist. Well it's actually Dawon's wrist. The brown haired boy looks at me with a slightly confusing looks on his face.

"Umm.. do you know where is my house?"

"Ahh we're so dumb! Chani-ya, did you know?"

I slightly laugh at both of them when Chani shakes his head.

"Wait for me in front of the gate. We'll go together."

Both of them returns to their table. I continue eating my food and talks about random things with Jaeyoon. Both of us get up and part our ways to our classes. The rest of the class went normal till the time for us to go back home. Dawon already wait for me in front of the class. We were joined by Jaeyoon in the middle ways and Chani in front of the gate. The four of us walks silently to my house. I've already texted my brother, Hwiyoung that his crush is on his way to visit him. I hope he'll get ready and not blaming me saying that I didn't notify him first.

I open the key to our apartment and letting them going into my home. I lead them to the couch to sit first and get water from the refrigerator for them.

"Do make yourself at home. Jaeyoon-ah can you help me entertains them? I need to change my clothes first and checks on Hwiyoung."

I went to my room and changes clothes and went to the room next door to checks on Hwiyoung.

"Hey Hwi, you're good? Chani's here with one of the popular guy, Dawon."

Hwiyoung get up slowly and went out to the living room. I sat with the boys and chat with them. I never knew that Dawon is a funny person. He rarely talks with our classmates. Maybe because he's younger than all of us. After a few hours, Chani and Dawon excuse themselves to go home.
