It was around five in the morning when Dean woke up not realizing he feel asleep next to Cas in his hospital bed. Dean carefully got out of the bed and sat down in the chair next to the bed and smiled at HIS sleeping angle. Dean kissed Cas's head then grabbed the remote to the TV that was in Cas's room and turned on the TV and quietly watched TV till it was around seven thirty.
"Oh Dean you're up early." Dean heard a sleepy Cas say and when he turned around he got lost in Cas's sleep filled beautiful blue eyes.
"Iv been up for a while not honestly." Dean said as he scratched the back of his head. Cas looked at Dean and smiled at Dean and looked out the window and sighed.
"I want out of this damn hospital." Cas said as he looked at Dean.
"Yeah I know Cas. I want you out too." Dean replied to Cas with a smile as he turned his head and kissed Cas with a passion filled kiss.
Dean pecked his lips on Cas's and said to Cas with love in his voice,
"I love you baby." Cas smiled and kissed Dean's forehead and said to Dean,
"I love you more." Dean just smiled and closed his eyes.
Time laps to the afternoon
"Let me get a look at how this wound is healing" the doctor said as he moved Cas's hospital gown up to look at the stab wound. The doctor looked pleased and called Dean back into the room.
"I think I can send you home later tonight after you fill out a little paper work." The doctor said as Dean felt like he was going to burst with excitement. Cas just looked at the doctor with one of his classic emotoonless looks, but Dean knew that he was beyond happy.
"Thank you doctor that's amazing news!" Dean said excited and looked at Cas with happiness in his eyes and smiled.
"I agree with Dean, it is wonderful news." Cas said with happiness in his voice but the doctor thought that Cas was depressed. But once he saw the smile on his face he quickly changed his mind.
"Well I'll leave you two alone as I go get the paperwork." The doctor said as he left the room.
Just as he left the room Dean's phone started ringing and it was his uncle Bobby.
"Hey Bobby what's up?" Dean answer the phone to hear Bobby out of breath on the other side of the phone and said to Dean,
"Boy your dad has lost his fucking mind! Hes rampaging all over my property! How much has he been drinking lately?" Dean felt like his heart was about to drop out of his chest as he heard the words that Bobby said and then, BAM! Was all Dean heard from the other phone line and after about a minute of looking at Cas with worry in his eyes heard someone pick up the phone and when he heard who was talking he got a shock of relief,
"Please dont hate me boy...b-" Bobby started to say before Dean cut him off with a simple,
"I understand Bobby dont be sorry. Beside he was never really home in the first place so iv basically always been the man of the house." Dean said just as the doctor walked into the room and when he saw Dean on the phone mouthed,
"I'm sorry." Dean just looked at the doctor and mouthed back,
"Its fine." The doctor looked at Cas and sat the paper work on his lap with a pencil. Cas looked at the paperwork and started to fill it out as Dean was still on the phone with Bobby.
After about ten minutes of being on the phone with Bobby, Dean hung up and started to dial Sam number but Cas said to him,
"What happened?" Dean sighed and said,
