Freshman Year

I finally made it to college! After all the shit I've been through I'm finally getting the chance to step foot onto a college campus.

"Kelly Carter" The lady in the registration office said.

"Yes that's me" I smiled walking up to the desk where she handed me my schedule and free campus shirt.

"Thank you" I said walking away and staring down at my classes.

"Watch where you're going fresh meat!" A male laughed in front of me. I looked up and made eye contact with a dark skin look alike of Morris chestnut.

"I'm sorry" I blushed

"It's cool, I kind of stepped in front of you on purpose" He smiled revealing a mouth filled with perfect white teeth.

"I'm Kelly" I smiled holding out my hand.

"Kevin, it's nice to meet you freshman"

"Um aren't you a freshman too?" I asked

"Nope I'm a sophomore, don't I look grown ?" He smiled

"I guess I wasn't really looking" I said now letting my eyes roam his body.

"Sure you wasn't , let me walk you to class"

"I'm going to my dorm first" I said

"Cool I'll come with" he smiled then put his arm around my neck and smiled at me as we walked towards my dorm across the parking lot.

"Kelly you won't believe what I saw-"

"Blair calm down" I laughed as Kevin walked into the room behind me.

"Who are you?" Blair frowned at Kevin.

"Oh I'm Kevin and you are?" He smiled and I was sure Blair would melt like I did but she just continued to frown at him.

"Aren't you an upperclassman?" She asked crossing her arms around her chest.

"Yeah, and you're a freshman right ?" He smirked

"Mhm well can you get out of our room so we can talk" She said and he laughed.

"Whatever you want beautiful, I'll see you around though" He smiled then walked to the door. "Oh Kelly peace" then he disappeared out the door. I thought he was feeling me not her. She wasn't even looking cute, she had her hair in a bun and a sports bra and sweat pants on.

"Anyways, I saw my math tutor in the library getting it on with the old librarian" She laughed and I still found myself mugging her trying to figure out what she had that I didn't.

"Oh that's crazy" I said dropping on the bed.

"What's wrong? I hope you not feeling that dude he's seems like the guys my mom told me about when she was in college" She frowned

"Well my mom never went to college so I wouldn't know those type of stories" I said sucking my teeth. She's always acts like she's a good girl but I'm telling you one day people would see she's not so good.

"I'm sorry I didn't mean it like that but my mom said watch out for those upperclassman"

"Lets just go get some lunch in the cafe" I said getting off the bed and switching into my shorts and Jordan's and I watched Blair change into her jeans and university shirt and flip flops.

"You're wearing that?" I asked

"What's wrong?" She frowned

"Nothing but how do you expect to get attention from guys in that?" I laughed
