Chapter 1

As I walked down my spiral staircase in my house I tripped over my untied vans shoelace. After tying them up again and rapidly cussing I  knew this was not going to be a great day. I had already slept in fifteen minutes late and was running late for my new job. On top of that, my flat iron decided to break on me this morning leaving my hair a humoungus brown curly mess. Great.

I hoped into my dad's old but still in good condition 1966 Ford Mustang and drove off to Chili's where I worked as a hostess. I am only 17 so I can not be a server until I age a year, which I am deffinetly looking forward to.

While I walked into the resturant I was greeted by my older best friend Carmen. Carmen is a very hard person to describe in one sentence. Her angelic  face is sweet but you shouldn't let that fool you, she can be very sarcastic and bitter when you first get to know her, but one you get on her good side she is actually pretty awesome. However, resturant industry, sarcastic and bitter servers are not really appreciated so she has to constantly put on an act. But at least she's getting money for college.

Carmen looked at me from up and down and acknowledged, "Well it looks like someone had a rough morning today."

"You've got that right," I commented back. We then proceeded to converse for a minute untill the manager walked over and told me to go to the stand and take the people to their tables because the resturant had just opened. I said goodbye to Carmen and proceeded to walk to the stand.

The aftternoon was pretty slow untill about fifteen minutes before my shift ended. Earlier that day I had recieved a  phone call to make reservations for a party of five for three o'clock in the afternoon. This phone call was just like any others, except I noticed that the caller had a particularly sexy Aussie accent. If the callers face was as attractive as his voice, I would have a very, very good day.

At three o'cklock five teenage boys walked into the resturant. One very tall with black hair, the other wearing a snapback with a tanktop with a tatooed cross on his back and a cute face, two other twins who had the most beautiful eyes and then a gorgeous green eyed boy walked in. He was thin butu muscular and had the most amazingly beautiful smile and a very nice looking Chicago Bulls snapback on.

I had always heard people talk about love at first sight and never believed in it but now, I in fact was a very firm believer.
