Anybody up for some reconciliatory yoga?
-Shaun Hastings

You woke up, seeing a woman look over you. You push her away and face a man. "See?" he said, "I told you he'd be okay."
"BASTARDS!" you yell.
"Now, now," the man scolds, "I just saved your life!"
"Saved me life?! You KIDNAPPED me! Strapped me into that... thing!"
"Animus. It's an Animus."
"I don't even know you people! Why are you doing this to me?"
"You have information we need, Mr L/N."
"Information? I'm a bartender, for Christ's sake! What do you want me to teach you? How to mix a martini?"
"We know who you are. WHAT you are."
"I-I don't know what you're talking about..."
"Don't play coy with me, there isn't time. You're an Assassin. And whether you realise it or not, you've got something that my employers want, locked away in that head of yours."
"But I'm not an Assassin. Not anymore."

"Yes, your file indicated as much," the man said, "Something about an escape. Most fortunate for us."
"What do you want from me?" you ask.
"For you to do as your told. The Animus will allow us to locate what we need. Once we have it, you'll be free to go."
"I just spent god-knows how long in that machine. I'm not going back in there!"
"Then we'll induce a coma, and continue our work. Once we're done, you'll be left to die. Truth be told, the only reason you're still conscious is because this approach saves us time."
"You're insane!"
"So what is it, Mr L/N? Live or die?"
You face him, but don't look him in the eye. "Go back to your room," he said, walking away, "We'll resume with our work in the morning."
As the man left the room, the woman said. "We have to leave!"
"Wait, what?" you ask, "Who are you?"
"Lucy, Pyrrha's descendant. And we need to go now!"
"Does that mean we're related?"
"Look, we have maybe ten minutes-- maybe-- before they figure out what I've done. If we're not out of here and on the road by then..."
"Wait, we're REALLY leaving?"

"Y/N. I promise I'll answer ALL of your questions later," she said, "But right now, I need you to just shut up and do what I say. So please-- get in the Animus!"
"Alright." you say hesitantly. You lie back down on the Animus and return to Dovahkiin at Masyaf, the Templars preparing to attack, as you remembered.

*Fast forwarding memory to a more recent one*

You and Pyrrha run back to the fortress of Masyaf, knowing that the Templars will be attacking soon. Connor joins you at the entrance. "Dovahkiin, the Templars are preparing catapults. What will we do?"
"They mean to destroy Masyaf, and find the temple amidst the rubble," you tell him, "We must not let that happen. Deploy the archers. Kill any Templar who goes near them!"
"How will we tell the difference between their men and ours?" Connor asked.
"Eagle Vision." you say, walking away.
You watch over the walls as the Templars approach, the catapults leading the charge. You face Pyrrha and say, "Find Cinder and escape back to Vale with the villagers. You two have done all you can."
"I will not leave you, Dovahkiin." she protested.
"If you and Cinder are slain," you say, "So is my bloodline. Now, run."
Pyrrha looked at her belly, nodded and went to find Cinder. You look out over the battlements, a smirk on Cesare Borgia's face. This would be a battle to remember.

*Desynchronization imminent*

Lucy pulled you out of the Animus, and said, "Get up. Let's go."
"Ya, well, uh," you mutter, stumbling to get up, "I'm gonna need a second..."
"There isn't time, Y/N. We have to leave." And with that, she took a flash drive from the Animus and ran out of the room, you close behind. The Abstergo Facility was not what you had expected. it was very... white, and... glassy."Abstergo's got some f*cked up interior decorators..." you comment, "These must be a b*tch to clean..."
"Shhh!" Lucy forces you backward as Abstergo Agents round the corner. You dart into the next room. "HEY!" one yells, "YOU'RE NOT SUPPOSED TO BE UP HERE!"
Lucy then shut the door and electronically locked it. You then run into two more Abstergo Agents. Somehow, survival instincts kicked in, and you kicked one guy in the leg and broke his nose, and used the second guy's own weapon to break his wrist.

"H-Holy sh*t!" you gasp at your own handiwork.
"Time in the Animus has done you well," she said, running off again, "Come on! They've raised the alarm!"
You keep running until you reach an elevator. On the way there, you noticed multiple Animus machines. You question lucy about it, but she says nothing. "F*ck!" she yells, as her card was denied, "I thought this card would work! It must be on a separate system and I don't know the code!"
You look at the keypad and somehow trigger Eagle Vision. You see the code is '2, 3, 7, 4.' You type it in, and the elevator opens. "How did you do that?" Lucy asked.
"Your guess is as good as mine." you say, stepping in the elevator.
When it arrives at the designated floor, Lucy takes you to her car and opens the trunk. "You're kidding, right?" you ask.
"This is the safest way out of here," she said sternly, "Now get in!"
You don't argue and get inside the trunk. Lucy looks down, smiles at you, and shuts the trunk.
