One time I was tossed around in the ocean on our trip to Hawaii. The ocean tossed me around on the sharp jagged floor (not the ocean floor just the place where the water reaches the neck of a medium height adult , but I was a short 3rd grader so...) and then survived without a scratch, but I twisted my ankle slipping on a mere puddle.
